I was in my house laying next to the baby lamia she was laying next to me as she was sucking on a pacifier, so me being myself, I turned and looked at her and she had done the same and looked at me
Y/n:" Do you have a name?"
She looked at me while still sucking on the pacifier so I nodded
Y/n:" Right, your a new born you shouldn't have a name"
I said to myself and got up, I started to think of a name until I thought about a good name
Y/n:" How about Nacho?"
She shook her head as I sighed and came up with another name
Y/n:" Saphir?"
She nodded her head and smiled before I picked her up and cradled her in my arms, she tried to grab for my face but I wouldn't let her, so her tailed coiled around my arm again and I walked around the house doing some things like Cooking and cleaning, the usual everyday things, that's when I looked at the door and seen someone standing by it, so I rushed towards it hiding Saphir's tail, and when I opened it I seen the mayor himself, he absolutely hated monsters and wished they all would perish
Mayor:" Hello Commoner"
Y/n:" HI Mr. Mayor, what may I do for you?"
Mayor:" I was hoping that you would come move closer to the city, I would hate to think about losing another person in my beloved town, so please, move closer the house is bigger and it's a 10 room house"
Y/n:" I'll take it!"
Mayor:" Great! Good to have you not be an outcast this time"
I nodded my head and closed the door on him, waiting for him to go away, I then started to get angry
Y/n:" I'll show that bastard, I'll show him and everyone else"
I said as I put Saphir on the bed, she was sleeping, so I smiled and walked away I needed some fresh air, because I couldn't believe the mayor invited me to live in the town, usually people don't like me because I live alone like most Witches do, when I was walking on the same path I walked on and found Saphir, this time I found another baby
Y/n:" What's with mothers abandoning there children? There must be some reason"
Usually there would be a law sorry child abandonment, and Child snatching, but in this town? Nothing mattered, kids would go missing all the time I picked it up and seen another baby girl, this time she was a kitsune, this baby had nine tails, so it was a very rare one

I grabbed the basket and looked around making sure no one was watching, when I was about to look back, I heard a growl which made me run faster, I eventually made it home and seen Saphir awake and looking at me with an angered expression
Y/n:" I'm sorry, I was going to go shopping "
Saphir just snapped her finger and pointed it to the bed, so sighed and went towards it seeing that she smiled and was laying ever so close to me, her tail coiled around my arm, I looked at her and smiled
Y/n:" She's so demanding, but yet her cuteness makes up for it"
I brought the baby kitsune into my bed which made Saphir his and jump over me, she hid behind me as the kitsune crawled around on my bed earning a few smiles and laughs from me, but the things is.......why did Saphir react so....Alarmed and Scared?
