"Eurus! Eurus, where are you!?" Screamed Sherrinford, running heedlessly into the burning building."Brother stop! She's gone!" Called Mycroft behind him, watching as the wind blew the ash around them.

Sherrinford did not listen, running through the burning skeleton of the house. The roof had collapsed in, and only a segment of the house remained. The flames licked around him, and it was not long until he felt his skin scourging in the heat. "Eurus! EURUS!"He stared around him, at the destruction, the chaos which she had started. His eyes were streaming from the smoke, and as Sherrinford gazed around, his vision blurred. "Eurus..."

Sherrinford froze. That song. How many times had he heard it? With dragging steps, and dread in his heart he emerged from the burning house. There she was. Standing so very still. So calm. So...heartless.

The small girl's green eyes seemed like a void, absorbing all his emotions, draining him from life, and love. "Hello Sherrinford." Her words echoed in his head.

"Eurus...what have you done?" Sherrinford's voice was barely louder than a whisper, as he knelt down in front of her. He stretched his hands out to her, and she placed her small fingers in his palm. "I am helping us. You will see."

"How?" He asked, in disquietude.

"You and I are different. We like to watch the world burn." She said simply. "We will show them."

"Sherrinford!" Mycroft's voice startled Sherrinford. "The police are here!" The brother approached anger and disappointment in his eyes.

Eurus's cold expression turned on his younger brother. Immediately her hands withdrew from Sherrinford's, and she ran into the descending darkness. Sherrinford sat rooted to the spot, as the blue and red police lights reflected in his blue eyes.
