Chapter 11

Charlotte's POV

I saw henry and he walked over.
"Hey char"
"Hey"
"How goes it"
"Awesome!!"
"Me too. Um do you wanna see a movie tomorrow night??"
"Like a date"
"Yeah"
"Yes when??"
"8"
"Ok what movie?"
"You choose"
"The darkest minds??"
"Oh my God yes!! After binging Stranger Things. Twice! Yes."
"Cool" i kissed his cheek and he blushed.
"Awwww" he chuckled.
"Ok well wanna come with me to work?"
"Now?"
"Yeah"
"Sure" he put his hood up before we walked out. Why did he do that everytime?? He hands were also in his pockets and looking at the ground while he walked. "Hen are you ok?"
"Yeah"
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah"
"Um ok"

We walked in junk n' stuff and saw ray.
"Hey" we both  said.
"Hi"
"Whats up??" Henry said.
"Nothing much how bout you"
"Awesome stuff."
"Well i'll be right back"
"K" we both said.
"Char can i talk to you??"
"What is it?"
"Why do you look so....ocean like??" I gulped. "Um no reason i  like it."
"Yeah but when you hug me your hair smells like the ocean"
"So?"
"And at the dance when mitch spilled water on you, you ran to the bathroom and came out so dry like it didnt happen."
"I dry off good i guess"
"Char seriously what goin on??"
"Nothing henry!! Now shut up!" I yelled wanting to use my telenkiness to push him.
"Im sorry. I didnt mean to make you mad im just curious"
"Sorry i yelled"
"Its ok" i gave him a reasurring kiss on the cheek. He smiled "i love you char"
"I love you too hen"

About 5 hours  later me and henry went home. It was dark. And henry didnt have his hood  up or his have have in his pockets. Werid. When the sun's out he has his hood up and his hands in his pockets but the moon's out and not doing any of that stuff.

Henry broke the silence.
"Char im not just gonna take you to a movie tomorrow night."
"Whats the rest?"
"Its a suprise"
"Good thing i love suprises."
"Yay" we both chuckled.
"U care if i play music?" Henry asked
"No"
He played dreams by NF.
"I love this song"
"Me too" we sang the whole song. I loved it!! Henry can sing, he sounds amazing! "You sounded great henry"
"Thank so do you! You can rap good too; you didnt even mess up!"
"I know" he chuckled. Then he held my hand!"
We were at my house. "Thanks hen"
"No problem i'll see you tomorrow"
"Later" he hugged me.

Tomorrow night

Henry's POV

I knocked on charlotte's door. She came out wearing blue jeggings and a purple t-shrit with a sea horse on it.
"You look cute"
"Thanks but this is nothing"
"You still look cute" i held her hand as we walked to the movies. "You excited?"
"Duh!!" I chuckled "ok babe"
"Did you just call me babe?"
"Yes"
"I like that"
"Cool"

At the movies

"What do you want?" I asked char.
"Popcorn duh!"
"K" once i had the popcorn i ate some.
"Really?"
"Yeah"

We took our seats. Good timing too. The movie was literally bout to start.

"Thats the same girl from Everything Everything." Charlotte whispered "yup now shh"

1 hour later

"Come on" i pulled char's arm. "Where are we going?"
"Swellview park"
"Why?"
"I said there was a suprise"
"Um where's the suprise"
"Sit"
"Ok" i sat on the bench
"Hen-" "shhh"
I was really nervous but here goes nothing. I started singing you're special by NF (im sorry guys i cant think of other songs rn im putting alot of songs by NF in here sorry)

When i was done charlotte was smiling.
"Y-you really mean that?"
"Yeah babe" She leaned in to kiss me and she did! I kissed back. This wasnt like the kisses with bianca there were sparks this time i liked it.
"This was amazing henry"
"Thanks"
"No problem"
She held my hand and layed her head on my shoulder. We stayed that way for a good 7 minutes. Then i saw lucas. He looked at me and chuckled. I sighed.
"Whats wrong?" Charlotte said taking her head off my shoulder. "Nothing just lucas."
Lucas walked over. "Whats up"
"Um hi"
"Hey. On a date i see" charlotte rolled her eyes. "Can you leave?"
"No man. I wanna know who is this pretty thing." My jaw dropped and slapped him.
"What the heck man?"
"Stop"
"Whatd i do?"
"You know what you did. You tried to hit on my girlfriend. Right in front of me?! Does that even make sense man?!"
"N-no"
"Exactly" charlotte looked annoyed.
"Are you ok char?"
"First of all who is this boy? Second why are you mad? And third why'd you slap him?"
"Um i dont know"
"My God so you did stupid crap because he was hitting on me it front of you. I coulda fixed this!!!" I sighed. Shes right im so stupid. "You're right char. Im sorry." "Its ok but..." she pointed to lucas. "Oh im sorry lucas" "its cool and im sorry for tryna hit on your girl"
I hugged them both. Charlotte a little longer. "So are we all good"
"Yup" they both said. "I'll text you later hen" lucas said as he left.

"Im sorry babe. I was stupid"
"Yes you were but its ok. Just dont do stupid crap again like that."
"I promise" i kissed her.
"What do you wanna do??" Char said
"I dont know. Well it 9:54 so maybe go home??" I checked my phone
"Sure i tried anyway" charlotte yawned and stretched.
"Ok" i walked charlotte home.

"Thanks hen that was a fun night"
"No problem"
"But who was that guy?"
"Lucas my friend"
"Oh ok"
"Are you mad at the stupid crap i did?"
"What do you think?"
"I dont know"
"Well not anymore"
"So you used to??"
"In the moment, yes very"
"Oh"
"But like i said its ok"
"Cool"

We were at charlotte's house.
"See you later"
"Later" she hugged me and i pecked her cheek.
