Chapter 3

I'm starting to get worried. I know nothing about this thing yet. Out of anxiety, I smashed the phone on the ground. Its screen is cracked and its very scratched. I rushed further down the ally.

Karasuma's POV

Shit.

The small red dot on my GPS vanished. I knew I shouldn't have concerned myself with the Akabane kid.

I first noticed that she was gone when we went to partner up once more. I was very worried until Isogai said he saw her walk into the building. I went to check, bringing Nakamura with me in case I needed to check the ladies room.

Nakamura and I looked everwhere inside until we arrived at the teachers lounge. The first thing I saw was my desk covered in blood. Peices of Saiko's watch scattered.

SHIT SHIT SHIT

I automatically went into my phones GPS and ran towards the red dot marked "Saiko phone".

Seeing the dot disappear I still ran to where it was last. Alas, all I found was her shattered phone(A/n-This is only seconds after she broke it).

I ran further down the ally.

Saiko's POV

I hear footsteps. Without hesitation, I jump, aiming for a pull down ladder. Most of the way up, I felt a tug in my foot. I look to see Karasuma taking ahold of my ankle.

I swiftly send a forceful kick to the jaw before climbing faster, he staggers a bit but snaps back to climbing. Right before my hand could reach the platform, I got pulled harshly, resulting in me falling about 25 feet.

I bodyslammed into the floor. My vision went blurry, my ears only picking up muffled screams from nearby pedestrians who whitnessed my fall. My entire body in immense pain. All I could feel was an unimaginable burning sensation all over my back and legs I felt liquid surround me, I figured something had pierced me as I hit the ground.

My thoughts were cut off as I blacked out.

3rd Person POV

Karasuma have not meant to pull her down so harshly. He only meant to grab her so that he could take her back to the school. At that point he wasn't sure what to do. He couldn't take her to a hospital. It's too risky. He decided to take her back to school.

After reassuring the pedestrians who saw everything that he was going to take her to a hospital nearby he swiftly picked her up and ran through all of the alleyway is taking the back way back to school. Since he had to avoid the road he had to somehow get her and himself over the wall that surrounded the school and mountain.

Finally getting up the mountain into the abandoned building he took her to what was supposed to be an old nurse office. He had to bring in some of the girls from the class to bandage her up since he would have to take her shirt off, and he was not comfortable doing that.

Although calming the girls down was a bit of a process they finally bandaged her up and it didn't look half bad. In fact they did quite good. They put her in one of the beds and waited for her to wake up.

A few hours later

Saiko's POV

Oh fuck. That did I do? I thought to myself as I woke up to unbearable pain.

I open my eyes to see Karasuma writing on a piece of paper. "So you're awake." He spoke.

I stayed silent with an emotionless face. What do I say to someone who I just ran away from and then they try to kill me?

The tension could have been cut with a knife. I tried to sit up, only to be stopped by my limbs being handcuffed to the bed posts.

"A little unnecessary but understandable." I smirked.

"Listen kid of you hadn't run away, non of this wouldv'e happened!"

I could feel my smirk fading, and I remained silent after that. I watched him continue his rant about trust and punishment and a bunch of shit I couldn't care less about.

"-nd from now on you will be  under heavier surveillance.
I can't risk you escaping again. Your watch and cellphone will be replaced, and you will have to wear more devices." His face became emotionless. "You are here for one purpose. To kill the octopus."

I looked away and glared at the wall. "Understood."
