5 DAYS LEFT
JENNA POV
Yesterday Aiden wouldn't let me out of bed. We spent the majority of it watching movies and the other portion making up. You know what they say, making up is the best part of fighting.
He had left early this morning so that he could get everything done as he was going to be home early today. I had no idea why but who was I to complain when I get to see him sooner.
I had decided to forgive him completely because I have zero willpower when it comes to him.
Deciding to get some fresh air, I grabbed a book and went to the garden to read.
Completely losing track of time, I got sucked into another world.
AIDEN POV
Driving home, I was thinking about tonight. I had taken off early because I knew it was time for the 'date' night. It was all set. When Jenna was asleep last night, I had sneaked out of bed to call Freya and ask her something important in regards to tonight and she nearly screamed my ear off with her answer.
But sitting here in traffic got me thinking, there's someone else I need to ask.
Peeling out and going the opposite way, I headed to Albert and Maggie's place.
After speaking to them and it being a success, I started driving back home.
Getting there, it was quiet inside. Looking around, I tried to figure out where Jenna was. Her phone was on the kitchen table and that led me to find the back door open.
She was sat on the ground under a tree completely zoned out with her head in a book. Another picture for my phone. Score. I have never taken this many pictures before but I found myself taking them at the most random moments with her and she still didn't know.
Once I'd done that, I made my way to her. She must have heard me coming as when I got close, she looked up.
"Hey." I bent down to kiss her.
"Hi." she said with a smile after we pulled apart.
"I hate to pull you away from your book but you have to go and get ready."
She looked at me, confused.
"Ready for what?"
"Just go get ready. If you're not done in 10 minutes, I'm carrying you out. Dressed or not." I smirked.
Her eyes widened and she ran inside.
Slowly making my own way in, I was getting more nervous for what was to come.
Would she like it? Would she freak out and run as she so often did? I guess we'd find out soon enough.
JENNA POV
What on earth was Aiden planning? And why 10 minutes?!
I ran to the walk in wardrobe and pulled out some outfits. How was I going to know what to wear if I don't know what or where we're going?
"8 minutes." I heard Aiden call from outside our bedroom door.
"What should I wear?" I called back.
"A dress."
Well that's helpful, Aiden!
Shuffling through, a white box fell to the floor.
It was the one he gave me all those weeks back.
Maybe this was the sign he was talking about?
Deciding to open it, I lifted the lid.
