"hey Mariam! Rudy!" I tell catching their attention

"What's up?" Rudy asked

"What do you guys want to do tonight?" I said looking up from my phone

"How about we have a bff hangout at the Santa Monica pier?" Mariam suggested

"it's going to be like last time" I whined

Mariam and Rudy shook their head while looking at each other

"Fine, I'm fine with being the third wheel" I sighed.

I love my best friends, so much we moved to Santa Monica together but once they got together it was mostly third wheeling. of course they tell me to find someone, but in my opinion all the good guys are either taken or they're not as good as they say they are.

"I'm driving!" I yelled

I love driving people, that's why majority of my friends love me, I love doing things for people! Even if it hurts me, I'm a selfless young adult living in the abyss of Santa Monica.
