{I do not own Divergent, Insurgent, or Allegiant. I am not Veronica Roth, nor am I pretending to be Veronica Roth.}

I wake from my dreamless sleep.

I pull on the jeans I wore for my fight with Drew, since I feel like there's dignity in them. And rips.

I slide into a black sleeveless shirt and walk out of the dorm.

I wait until it's my turn, watching sweaty, terrified people enter the test room. Then I do.

"You know the drill, kiddo." Four says, patting the chair.

"Unfortunately, I do."

He chuckles and inserts the needle into my neck.

I'm in a plastic bag.

I struggle to get out, punching and scratching and tearing, but the bag doesn't budge. It's becoming harder and harder to breath. I hold my throat and gasp for air. But nothing. My muscles go limp before I black out.

Surprise, surprise. I'm in the Pit again.

Blood trickles down my neck.

"I won't let this get to me," I say out loud.

Warm blood splashes my arm.

"Nope."

Then it sprays my lips.

I scream as loud as I ever have, and pass out.

I'm in my Candor bedroom. This must be one of the worst ones.

The spider crawls from beneath my bed.

I just stare at it and try not to move. It approaches me and climbs onto my foot, and up my leg.

I scream as I try to shake it off, but the others come out quick. They cover me. I scream and struggle and shake, but nothing happens.

I calm myself down.

"They're just spiders," I say aloud.

Now I'm on the concrete again.

The sight of my parents brings tears to my eyes, because I know what's going to happen next.

"Stay away from us!" My mother shrieks at me.

"Yeah, we hate you," my dad agrees.

"But guys-"

"Faction before blood, faction before blood," the dauntless call out.

They trample me.

I now appear to be in the test room from the day before Choosing Day. This is odd.

Then the Abnegation woman spins around and looks at me.

"You lied," she spits at me.

"I'm sorry-"

"You're a Candor, and you lied." she says it again. "This is your punishment.

The snarling dog tears through the door, snapping at me. It bites my leg, and scratches my arm, but I don't fight back. I just lay back on the reclined chair, and close my eyes.

Now I'm in the dining hall. Marlene looks angry at me, very angry. Only she's bigger, and stronger. Uriah is next to her.

They approach me.

"Coward," they say in unison.

They just begin to punch and kick whatever they can. I try to fight back, but I can't.

"Uriah please, I thought-"

"No, I hate you," he smiles bitterly and punches my shoulder.

Marlene kicks my leg and I fall to the ground. They kick me while I'm on the ground until I black out.
