Anne's POV:

We finally got to school and walked through the doors people were starring and whispering. I could see in the corner of my eye that Gilbert was smirking, I couldn't help but laugh a little.
His locker was right next to mine so we had to walk together for a bit. Once we got to our lockers I opened mine and he opened his. We put all our stuff in except he thing we needed and our phones. People were still starring at us. Gilbert turned to me and whispered into my ear "Play along".

I nodded and the all of a sudden I was pinned against my locker then he kissed my cheek intertwined his fingers with mine and we started to go to our next class. I felt my self blush just a little. I thought to my self did I like that no I couldn't have he's just a friend I pushed the thought of him liking me and me liking him. We walked into our next class. I turned to Gilbert and said

A"what was that"

G "what was what carrots"

A " the kiss and the holding hands thing"

G " they were looking at us waiting for something to happen sooo I gave them something plus you liked it"

A "maybe I did"

I turned around and sat in my seat when I looked back at Gilbert he was blushing like crazy.
