the boy groaned when the light from his phone seared into his eyes. it was 2 in the morning and he didn't have to be up well until 6. so it was a shock to see that someone had actually texted him this early.
being the light sleeper he is, the text tone definitely woke him up for now, and he wasn't too happy. as he was half awake, he managed to send them back a text.

"what the hell?" he mumbled as he rubbed his eyes, at this point there was really nothing more he could do besides ignore the message, so that's exactly what he plans on doing.

the boy's eyes shoot open hearing the loud beeping sound from beside him indicating that it was now actually time for him to get up.
his daily routine in the morning consists of staying in bed for an extra half hour before actually getting ready to go to work at the local pizza place, where his job was to make the food. as boring as it was, it was just enough to cover his rent every month.
his living situation isn't the best, but as long as he had a job, his friends, and shelter, he was perfectly content with what he's got.
after scrolling through his twitter feed for a good ten minutes, he was suddenly reminded of that text message he received at an ungodly hour this morning.
as he looked into his messages, he was surprised to see that there was nothing there besides like a hundred messages from his friends that he ends up ignoring anyways. 'it must've been a dream.' the boy thought to himself.
that was until he saw something rather suspicious on his home screen, there was an app in which he never remembered downloading. an app called...

he deleted the app and decided to shower before he had to leave.

the boy came back to his phone after his shower, but to his surprise, the app was re-installed and on the loading screen. he frantically tried to exit out of the app, but the app wouldn't close no matter how much he tried, eventually the app finished loading.

he was presented with a rather weird display.

the boy tried to exit out now or even turn off his phone, but something was restricting him from being able to do that.

it's a weird app, he doesn't feel comfortable with the fact that this app won't let him delete it or exit, the only option was for him to enter a name, maybe then he could exit before they ask for anymore details.
he thought to himself maybe he should play it safe and use a username instead of his actual name, but maybe it would be better to use his actual name.
