the sound of things shuffling around kimberlee's head forced the girls eyes open immediately closing them again as the sunlight hit them, letting out a groan the sound of a woman's voice nearly scared her out of bed making her whip her head in the direction to put a face to the voice she'd never heard before
"and she's awake gotta go! and yes i remember how she likes her ice cream, yes i know her allergens and give her her medicine twice today bye!" the older woman hung up the phone quickly smiling at kimberlee who laid in the bed confused
"oh i'm sorry i'm brandon's mom he did tell you i was coming right?" the older woman looked at kimberlee with a concerned look as kimberlee shook her head no
"god he had one job, well i'm gina uh halie his sister is somewhere around here brandon went to your house with your sister to go clean up a bit and bring you some clothes for the time being" brandon's mom grabbed a pill bottle off the dresser as she shook her head at her sons lack of responsibility before placing the two pills in kimberlee's hand and passing her a bottle of water
"thank you mrs.arreaga you didn't have to" kimberlee quickly sat up taking the medicine before giving the woman a warm smile
