Facing the music

I feel so warm. Why? I think to myself as I slowly wake up. I look around to see flowers. Wait. Flowers? Grass to. Oh my god. I look around more and see I'm laying on Natsu's chest. That's why I'm so warm! Wait I slept with him out here in the open?! I mean we didn't do anything sexual but still!

Wait the sun is up. School!

"Natsu wake up!" I yell and he jumps up.

"Sorry for scaring you but we need to go! School!" I say panicked and his eyes widen.

"Crap!" He says as he looks at his watch.

"We have time but not much. We have to go now!" He shouts.

I nod and gather the pillows and he grabs the blanket. We rush to the car and he peels out. We head to his house quickly and he says "sorry to rush. I'll see you at school!" He says and kisses me on the cheek as he rushes inside and closes the door quickly.

I blush then shake my head and get in my car and leave. I arrive at my house and get the kids in the car. I rush them to school then go to school myself. I didn't see my husband and the kids didn't have time to question me. I just said I feel asleep in the car after I parked at the park last night.

I rush into class and see Miss Scarlet with a concerted look on her face. We make eye contact and I smile. She gets up and motions for me to follow her.

"I will be right back Class. Continue your work" she says as we step outside.

"Miss Y/N. Excuse my bluntness but your husband is a asshole." She says

"I know." I sigh "after he hung up on you we got in a argument and I left. I spent the night away from him. I'm just about done with him honestly. He's one wrong move away from divorce papers. Even if he does kill himself afterwards I can't stand it any longer." I say and start to sob.

I look at her and she's taken aback "Mister Dragneel knows my situation. He's my friend. He's helping me deal with this. If I didn't have him I wouldn't be here." I continue as tears fall.

She hugs me and tells me to go to the restroom and wash up. She said she has some things to do. I go wash up and go back to class. I see her busy typing on her phone. Which is odd.

Class ends and I walk up to her. "Miss Scarlet. Please keep what I said between us. The furthest I'd like it to go is mister Dragneel. Please. I don't want anymore problems."

She looks at me and smiles and nods. "Very well then. Go ahead to your next class. You have my word I will keep it a secret." I smile and wave goodbye.

I head to my next class and see Natsu is alone. I walk up to him and tap his shoulder. When he turns around I hug him and he hugs me back.

I pull away and say "good morning!" With a big smile he smiles back and says good morning.

I look around and whisper "I told miss erza about you being my friend and helping me get through yesterday but she doesn't know about me going to see you. So if she talks to you please leave that part out. Ok?" He nods and I smile and take my seat. As soon as I sit down students file in.

"Today is all about reading. Read your books and if you want you may take notes. Tomorrow is Friday so be prepared for a small test. You will be tested on the first 2 chapters of the book. Use class time to read or reread them if you wish." Natsu says and sits at his desk.

I decide to use this time to finish the book. I can reread the first 2 chapters later.

Class soon ended and I Of course was engulfed in my book. This time I was woken out of my trance by a kiss on the cheek. I blush and look up to see Natsu.
