"Tell me something that you and Park loved to do?"
Asked Jimin as he walked alongside a certain taller male. The two took it to themselves to call "human Jimin" Park, because it made conversations a lot easier whenever the name was brought up. Considering AI Jimin, was well... Jimin now, and AI Jimin asked a lot of questions about human Jimin.
Jungkook tilted his head to the side slightly as he thought. Jimin soon learned it was a gesture that he does when he gets either, confused or if he's thinking deeply about something.
"Fish." Says Jungkook absentmindedly.
Jimin whips his head up to stare at Jungkook.
"Fish?"
Jungkook smiles.
"We used to go to the aquarium a lot. He really loved to see the fish."
A gleam was instantly swirling around in Jimins eyes. He pulled at the bottom part of his sleeve, covering his hand as he turned his head back to stare at the cement as they walked.
"Do... do you think that maybe one day we can go there too?"
Jungkook tilted his head slightly, the side of his eye catching glimpse of the little AIs shy figure.
"Of course."
He reached his hand out, taking hold of Jimins sweater paw.
"You know, springs almost over, and summers coming in soon. Shouldn't you wear something a little bit more...cooler?"
Jimins eyes stared at Jungkooks hands. He gazed at the way his fingers pinched the fabric of his sweater in almost awe.
"I like sweaters." He whispered, staring at Jungkooks hands. Thinking of the warmth they tend to give.
"They feel safe to me."
"mm. I see." Said jungkook, then they continued walking.
Jungkook didn't let go of Jimins sweater as they walked.
—
"They look cozy."
"Shut up. They'll hear you."
Whispered a certain two older males as they stood behind a tree not too far away.
It was Yoongi and Jin.
The two met up, and were on their way to check up on Jimin. Instead they came to a surprise to find Jimin and Jungkook leaving the house.
Instantly they ran (well tried) to the nearest house they could find and hid behind it.
Since then, they were secretly trailing the duo, observing them.
It's been so long since any of them saw Jungkook, and were quite surprised to see that he looked so... calm. He looked so at peace as he walked alongside Jimin, that if you didn't know him, didn't know what hell he went through, you might have thought he was always such a happy person.
Jin sighed as he brought his hands to his chest, a serene smile on his face.
"Jungkookie looks so much healthier these days. I'm really glad you brought up the idea of bringing Jiminie back. If not... I didn't think the kid would ever leave that house." As Jin trailed off, his voice became sad.
Yoongi remained silent, his eyes on the duo not too far away, watching as they walked.
"He looks okay now, but I can still see the storm behind his eyes." His eyes dropped to the twos hands, his lips slowly curling down into a frown.
Something just didn't sit right with him.
"Hyung, I really don't feel good about this."
Jin whipped his head around towards Yoongi.
"Oh shush." He huffed, grabbing Yoongis arm, tugging him the opposite way of Jimin and Jungkook as they began to walk back.
"Jimin is doing his job of making Jungkook healthy again. What else is there to worry about?"
Yoongi pulled his arm back, the frown still evident on his face as he stuffed his hands into his pockets.
"Love, hyung. That's what I'm worried about."
"They fell in love once, and that destroyed them physically and mentally...
Who says it's not going to happen again?"
Now it was Jins turn to frown. Why would Yoongi be worried about that?
"Jimin can't fall in love, lets not forgot he's only an artificial human with a heart that doesn't beat."
Yoongi sighed as he rubbed the bridge between his nose.
"That's what I'm worried about."
