Chapter 4

(Your POV)

It's Monday 😞😢and that means school ugh.

I did mi morning routine take a shower, wash my teeth, get dressed and eat breakfast.

I heard a knock on my door. I opened it.

"Morning bae lets go or we are going to be late"

"I'm coming" I grabbed my phone and my backpack.

We walked to Carmen's car.

"I see you have new neighbors"

"Yes, yes I do"

"Have you met them"

"Yeah yesterday and one of them is going to be at our school"

"Really is he cute" she smiled.

"I guess" I really didn't want to say anything. but I actually think Kevin is cute.

When our hands touched. I wonder if he felt it to.

"Earth to (Y/N)"

"Huh... oh yeah school"

"Are you ok"

"Yeah just thinking"

"What"

"Nothing important"

"Oh ok"

We arrived at school. I looked up at the sky. it looks like it might rain.

A few drops of rain answer my question.

We hurried inside before it started to rain harder.

I walked towards my locker and grabbed my math books.

"Hola (Y/N)"

I turned around to see who was calling my name.

It's Kevin.

"Hola Kevin"

"My locker is next to yours" he smiled.

"I see, what do you have"

"Math,literature, lunch,English,P.E and lastly science"

"You're in most of my classes"

"Really?"

"Yeah I'll show you around when we get the chance"

"Ok" He opened his locker and got his math books.

"Follow me"

We walked to Math together. I sit in front.

I'm not popular people know me as a quite nerd.

I do have friends but just a few.

Kevin sat next to me and smiled.

The bell rang to signal the students that it is time to get to class.

My class mates started to sit in their seats.

My friends Carmen and Ana walked in.

When Ana saw Kevin sit in her usual seat she rolled her eyes and sat behind me.

Carmen sat on the seat next to Kevin.

The teacher, Mrs. Pickle👈😂 walked in. when she saw Kevin she smiled.

"Good morning class as you can see we have a new student, would you please come in front of the class and present you self"

"Sure" Kevin walked to the front.

"Hello I'm Kevin Ortiz" he smiled and walked back.

I whispered to him.

"You're supposed to say where you're from"

"Oh well she didn't say anything" He smiled.

Mrs. Pickle started talking and that meant class has started.

After 35 minutes Math is finally over.

I walked towards my locker to get my books for the next class followed by Kevin and my bae's.

When I got to my locker Carmen started talking.

"So he's your neighbor" she said pointing at Kevin.

"Yeah"

She turned to Kevin. " How old are you"

"18" he said smiling.

"I'm 17 and I love you hair" she smiled

Ok...

"I better get to class I don't want to be late.

I don't have Kevin or Carmen but I have Ana. We both love art.

I walked to art class followed by Ana.

We were the first ones there. we are usually early and we are the teacher favorite. Mostly because we listen but out if class Ana is wild just like Carmen. Im not really wild I guess that's why I don't have a lot of friends.

The class has started and the teacher Mrs. Martinez walked in.

"Good morning class today you guys will be drawing your feelings you are having"

That sounds pretty easy. I started to work on it right away.

15 minutes later...

"Ok class time is up if you may pleae give me your papers"

We handed her our papers.

The bell rang telling us this class is over.

We put our books away and we headed to lunch.

Ana, carmen , Kevin, and our other "friends are at our table.

It's only 10 at out group now 11 counting Kevin. it's 6 girls and 5 boys.

I grabbed my lunch and headed to our table.

I sat across from Kevin.

"How is cool so far Kevin"

"Pretty good"

I smiled at him and started to eat my vegetables. I don't really eat things that have a lot of grasa😷.

The popular girls walked to our table.

"Hey guys I'm having a party this Friday I hope you guys come but I know (Y/N) is not coming"

She looked at me. I just ignored her I don't like getting in fights.

"We will be there" Carmen smiled

After school...

I waited for Carmen and Ana and I guess Kevin since he walked towards me.

"Vas a ir a la fiesta"

"No se"

"Yo si" he smiled.

After 5 minutes we finally spotted Carmen and Ana.

"Lets go, wait Kevin are you going home with us"

"Si qieren"

"Ok c'mon guys"

We walked towards Carmen's car.

We live pretty close Carmen and Ana are just a few blocked always from Kevin and I.

They dropped us off.

"See you at school" he hugged me and once again I felt electricity when we touched.

"Ok bye" we walked towards our home.
