time skip to Christmas -

so everyone's actually going to my dad's mansion for a Christmas party so I'll have Morgan open it up there, I bring a video camera going to the car with my gift's( Reid- books & a new tie,Aaron- a new tie & wallet,Morgan- pregnancy reveals, JJ- a pair of earnings & a dress, Emily- shoes & a cute purse,Dad-a brand of scotch he liked but sold only in a particular state & college) I ask " Grayson are you ready" Grayson says" yea" I say" okay let's go" I grab his hand going to the car buckling him in then I get in the pasenger side so Morgan can drive to my dad's house, getting there in 10 minutes getting out I say" help me with the gifts Grayson" he grabs three and I grab the rest plus the camera going up to the door opening Penelope hugs me saying "merry Christmas you guys " I tell Grayson" put the gifts under the tree okay" he does then goes to play with Jack when JJ comes over asking" whats the camera for" I say" I wanna record Morgan's reaction to me being pregnant, even though I'm 16 weeks pregnant & showing a little bit"  JJ says"that's cute" so we eat & drink then present's come I say" I want Morgan to open his Christmas/really early birthday gift first" I get it the camera setup giving Morgan his gift tears coming out of my eyes JJ hugs me, Morgan takes his gift opening his card reading I say" it'll be here before you know it so I wanted you to prep for it" Morgan reads the card " your my universe,*opening it* your my one & only" then getting the tissue paper out saying" pick & blue" I can't say anything tears are coming down in stream, my dad knows what's going on because of the tissue paper tearing up, Morgan gets the frame looking at me asking" is this true, are we having another baby" I nod saying while wiping tears off my face" the top one is the doctor's test & the bottom one is the pregnancy test from a store" Morgan gets up hugging me with tears in his eyes I hug back saying" the estimated due date is your birthday" Morgan asks" when did you find out" I say" at the begging of the month I had a suspicion but I wanted to see if it was true, so 3 weeks ago on the case I went to a drug store getting the test it came out true then 4 days ago I went to the doctor's and took their test which was true" Morgan has tears coming down his face asking "seriously " I say" yea" we just hug when Aaron says" I'm sure your gonna spend time with your family when the baby is born" I nod & Morgan says" I would like to stop working with the BAU when the baby is born too" Aaron says" that's a good idea" so we all enjoy time together when we go home I tell the new babysitter to go home for the night" I bend down to Grayson asking" do you know what this means" Grayson says" I'm a big brother" I say" yea" Grayson asks" when will he or she be here" I say" in 9 months bud, he or she has to grow in mommy's stomach" Grayson hugs me asking" does that mean you'll love the new baby more then me" tears coming down his eyes I get on my knees wiping the tears away saying" no I will love both you guys equally but the new baby will need a little bit more attention then you but I'll try my best & give you two equal attention and love" Grayson asks" I want a little sister so I can protect her" I say" that's sweet but we won't know the gender until I'm more pregnant & my belly is bigger like this" I puff my cheeks up which makes him laugh saying" your gonna look like a watermelon" I say" yea, because like you and dad grow this baby grows to and the bigger this baby grows the bigger my stomach grows too" Grayson nods then yawning I say "up to bed, you still have school " he goes up stairs & to bed I sigh when Morgan wraps his hands around me saying" what's wrong" I say" poor Grayson, I feel like he still thinks that I'm gonna love our new baby more then him" Morgan says" he'll be okay, if it'll make you more calm & not worried I'll talk to him" I kiss him asking" what would I do without" Morgan says" you head to bed" I go to bed falling asleep not having those dreams I had with Grayson which was weird, So the next morning I wake up making some Red Raspberry tea waking up Grayson saying" come on buddy time for school" he gets dressed and makes him some toast I ask" who taught you to make toast" Grayson says" Mrs. Fawkin's, it was the when had went to new Orleans" I say" that's sweet" I drop him off at school saying" buddy know that I'll always will love you " he nods walking into his school I start heading to the bureau to file up on some paper work when Aaron knocks on my door I say" come in " Aaron asks" what are you doing here this early" I say" I wanted to come finish up on my paperwork"  Aaron notices something taking a seat saying" I've noticed every time somethings bothering you that you tend to show up early to do paper work, tap your pen on the desk, your behavior changed when you looked at the picture of Grayson, so something happened with him that's making you stressed & worried, so tell me what it is, I can help you & the team will always be here for you" I say" last night when we got home from my dad's Christmas party Grayson asked does that mean you'll love the new baby more then him and if the new baby is gonna take my attention away from him he even had tears going down his eyes, I've never seen him as upset as he was last night" Aaron says" he'll learn that having a sibling will have it's ups & downs but he'll eventually love him & her" that's when I get a call on the office phone I pick up saying" SSA agent Emma Morgan what can I do for you" the voice says" hello Ms. Morgan it's Mr Young the head principle at your son Grayson's school" I ask" what can I do you for Mr.Young" Mr. Young says" Grayson was found in the boy's locker room with bruises on his body, can I have you & your boyfriend come down here so we can ask you some questions" I say" yea" I tell Aaron I need to go to Grayson's school something happened to him and Morgan & I need to answer some questions" Aaron says" go , we'll be fine here" I thank him getting Morgan saying" hey something happened to Grayson at his school, we need to go and answer some questions" Morgan says" alright lets go" we jog to our car hoping in with Morgan driving he asks" what happened" I say "his principle called the office phone saying Grayson had been found with bruises all over his body" Morgan says" is there anymore that they know" I say" no that's all he said" I push my hair back with my hand saying" am I a bad parent" Morgan asks" why would you ask that, your an amazing mom to Grayson" I say" I should've noticed his behavior when he left the car when I dropped him off at school, he had his head down & when I said to him to remember that I'll always love him he just nodded when he usually kissed my cheek saying thanks mom" Morgan says" you need to have a talk with Mrs.Fawkin's" I say" I will once I know that Grayson's gonna be okay" Morgan grabs my hand giving it a squeeze we arrive at the school getting out walking up to the office" I see Mr. Young I shake hands with him asking" how is he" Mr. Young says " he's with the nurse right now but will you answer some questions about his home life with child care services, while I talk to Morgan here" I say  " yea of course" I go to the Nurses room to a private part with child services & it's a girl she says" what's his home life like" I say" well since his dad & I both work while he's at school I have a Nanny that picks him up from school & be home with him" the girl asks" has your boyfriend ever hit or abused Grayson ever" I say" no my boyfriend adores & loves Grayson, he would never lay a hand on Grayson like that ever" the girl asks" what about you, have you ever hit or laid a hand on Grayson" I was shocked & scoffed saying" no I would never ever abuse Grayson, I love him to death" the girl says " okay, what about his nanny what do you know about her" I say" I found her at my local store, I was talking with Morgan about finding a Nanny for him when she walked up to us saying" she was in the nanny business and that she was available, so I gave her my number saying I'll call her when I've gone over her background and criminal background & she was clean, she had a son named Jacob who graduated from the school here but he lived with his dad after his parent's divorced, his dad lived up north, she didn't have anything on her criminal record" the girl says" what's this school like do you know" I say" it's a very good school I got all highest recommendations so I know the school is great" the girl nods saying "you can go to Grayson but I'll need to ask your boyfriend the same questions okay" I nod going to Grayson he hugs me and I carefully cradle him saying "let's go into the hall I need to talk to alone okay" he nods and I take him to a hallway sitting him down on a bench asking" sweetie has Mrs. Fawkin's ever hit you when we've been on a case" He nods & I say " sweetie why didn't you tell Morgan & I" he says" your stressed from your work so I didn't wanna add more trouble to your days" I say" sweetie your safety is more important then anything else, I don't care if I have to stay home with you everyday, I'd quite my job for you buddy" he hugs me saying" I don't like her, she was always trying to get me to read the bible & it was when I said that we didn't go to church that it started" I say" you won't have to deal with her anymore, I'm gonna see if you'd be able to stay at the station with your godmother Penelope until this baby comes or when I can find a new better nanny for you but I want you to promise me something, can you do that" he nods saying" I can do that but what's the promise" I say" if your able to stay with Penelope, you can NOT look at her computer when she's doing something on it because some of the cases mommy does are very bad and I don't want you to have nightmares or tell anyone what you hear okay" he says" I promise" I say " alright, I got to make a call so stay where I can see you okay" he nods & walks away, I call Aaron and he picks asking" what's going on" I say" the principle said that Grayson was found in the locker room with bruises" Aaron asks" what's the deal though, your voice sound annoyed and irritated" I say " child care services were called think that either Morgan or I laid a hand on him aka abusing him but I told her that Morgan wouldn't ever abuse him because he adores & loves Grayson and that I wouldn't ever abuse him because he is my child & I love him to death but Grayson told me truthfully that the Nanny Mrs.Fawkin's had hit him just for saying that we didn't go to church & she was basically forcing him to read the bible" Aaron asks" what are you gonna do " I say" I'm gonna have a chat with her & fire her for child endangerment but I was wondering if Grayson could stay with Penelope when we go on cases" Aaron asks" are you sure , he won't be tempted to look at her screens" I say " no I made him promise not to look at her screen when we have a case, I'll probably will buy him a small laptop that he can watch stuff on it while Penelope does stuff on her's for the case" Aaron says" he can & I'm pretty sure Penelope will love it too" I say" okay, I'll be over to the bureau after I get everything sorted out here" Aaron says "okay, what's going on now" I say" child services are talking with Morgan" Aaron says "okay keep me updated" I say" will do Aaron" I get pulled in with Morgan to talk when the girl asks me " who can vouch for that you've never hit Grayson" I say "his god parents Penelope Garcia & Spencer Reid with my team at the FBI" she nods saying " you can go now thanks for your time" I smile towards her leaving with Grayson & Morgan saying" Grayson I'm gonna get you a small laptop that you can play on & watch stuff on while your with Penelope okay" he smiles saying" okay but you and Morgan aren't in trouble are you" I say" no buddy they just had to make sure your home life is good" I then arrived at the computer store getting out with everyone going into the store back to the computer section looking at the laptop's picking out a good small one checking out then heading to the bureau to finish up on the paper work getting there Grayson was excited asking" is Grandpa there" I say" yea he's there" he says" yay" so we go in & to the the elevator up to the bullet pin walking in JJ pulls me over asking "is everything alright, Hotch updated us" I say" I don't know right now but child care services might talk to Spencer & Penelope to ask If I've ever laid a hand on him" JJ says" what really happened" I say" Grayson told me that his Nanny has been hitting him just because he won't read the bible & that we don't go to church, I'm gonna fire her & he's gonna stay here with Penelope when we have cases until we can find another Nanny" JJ says" I can't believe that they think that you or Morgan would even hit Grayson" I say " I know" I go to my office setting up his Laptop putting parental controls on it including limited the shows he can watch & the games he can play on it when JJ says" we have a detective on line 3 for you" I say " thank you JJ" I then pick up the office phone pushing line 3 saying" SSA Emma Morgan here, what can I do for you"  the detective says" I'm detective Fred Layton and  Ma'am there's been disappearances in my area" I say" what makes you think that this is a BAU case" He says " there's been 43 people missing from the area" I say" why don't you send me your files & I'll look it over" he says" okay" after that everyone goes home & so do we, So I send Grayson to bed calling Mrs.Fawkin's to my house saying" can you come over to the house, I need to talk to you "she says "of course ma'am" So then I get ready she arrives coming in & we sit in the living room I ask" why do you think it's okay to Abuse my kid" she says" he back talked to me saying that you guys don't go to church" I say" that's not back talking Mrs.Fawkin's, he's telling the truth, we do not go to church because our cases can go longer then we excepted so we don't have time to go to church" Mrs.Fawkin's asks" well do not believe in god" I say" I do not have to talk to you about my family's believe with you but why do you think it's okay to abuse my child" she says" I have a right to punish kids if they don't listen to what I tell them to do" I say" no you don't have permission to abuse Grayson because it's my job to talk to Grayson about his behavior then decide what to do" she says" your not there though, your always in another state, so your not a parent if your not there for your child" I say" my job is not your business, I am always available to leave my post to come home to Grayson if something happens" I then say" your fired from taking care of Grayson and lucky that I don't have you arrested for child endangerment and for domestic abuse" she leaves angry, I take a second to sit down & tell the little one " little one your gonna be loved, your dad  & I won't let anything harm you" so then I go to sleep dreaming good.
