What's Wrong?

Kyan's POV

"Xuli? Are you ok?" Her breathing was going crazy! Doctor told me that she was having a nightmare

"Don't worry.. I'll protect you. Dream or reality"

Xuli's POV

I saw Glitch with a gun. He was pointing it to Kyan and Liam. "Choose one.. who lives and who dies?"

I put my hand over my mouth and started crying "hurry up or I'll shoot both of them!"

"Don't!"

"Then pick one.."

"I won't! Shoot me instead!"

"Very well.." he said as he pointed the gun at me. He pulled the trigger..

I shot up in bed. Kyan stared at me. I started crying and he hugged me "what happened?"

"I had to choose between you and Liam! If I chose one then he'd shoot the other! I decided to let myself be shot instead of you two!"

I was now crying into his chest. "Hold up, who's 'he'?"

"G-Glitch.."

That name made Kyan freeze "I need to go to the bathroom, be right back"

I nodded as he walked out my room. It felt so quiet and empty! Until Glitch came in..

He had a gun to my head and hand to my mouth. Kyan walked back in and screamed. "Someone come in here!" He looked outside to find no one there

"Hehe.. my grimbots are making sure that the doctors and nurses can't help you!"

"Don't. You. Dare hurt her!"

I started to lose consciousness again. I closed my eyes and let Glitch hold me

"Xuli! Wake up!" Kyan said as he tried to punch Glitch but failed

"Don't move or I'll shoot her!"

Kyan had secretly pressed the emergency button and the police were coming

Kyan's POV

The police came running in but Glitch didn't even blink, his gun was up against her head. The police made me stand back just in case.

After a while, Glitch got tired and eventually dropped the gun and ran away

Xuli was unconscious and couldn't move

"It'll be alright.. I promise"
