Dear son,

things have really fallen apart.

dad can't forgive himself for what he's done. you might not believe me but he hasn't left your room for two days and he keeps persisting we make your favorite snack, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

everyone has their own way of coping.

even though he said some nasty things, you hurt him too. i'm not implying in any regards that he was right, but you were wrong too.

your father loves you, always has and always will. he is very protective of you. his family never cared about what he did, causing them to lose touch after his senior year in college.

he has gotten hurt so much for this world, and he knows the same will happen to you. but as much as he knows this, he is afraid to apologize. he loves you so much.

he fears the same will happen to you, it's happening.

i know that you are too prideful to apologize as well. you just want to live your life.

you merely want someone to believe in your dreams.

if we never come together our family will always be broken.
