Poe POV
Kylo Ren...kissed Rey and she kissed him back. It's like my world really is falling apart. First the attack and now this? Are my charms wearing off or is it just my luck? I hope it's neither...
There's showers of lasers everywhere and everyone's scrambling for some sort of shelter from the TIE fighters. I look around making sure everyone is safe but when I look to the sky the ships are falling like flaming raindrops, an X-Wing shooting them down one by one.
"That's one hell of a pilot!" Finn yells, jumping in enthusiasm.
Rose beams at Finn, "Well it's not Poe that's for sure...I wonder who it is." I look up again and squint, trying to make out who it is in the pilot's seat. There's a scarred face and locks of dark hair and a smile I've never seen before. A boiling feeling of frustration begins in me as I realise who it is.
"Its Kylo Ren," I grumble. Rose looks as if she's about to say something but she immediately shuts her mouth as soon as she sees my frown.
Soon the sky is clear of TIE fighters and Kylo has landed his ship a couple metres away from me, joining Rey's side. Rose jumps and screams,"Reylo!!!" in excitement before we hear an enraged roar from the Hux.
"Kill the Jedi! Kill them now and ignore the rest. Without the Jedi they are nothing!" Hux exclaims, his tone harsher and fiercer than ever. Kylo and Rey have turned back to back, to fend off the circling attack around them. Another figure joins them and to my extreme shock, it's Leia, stable on her feet and looking strong as ever. I see Finn and Rose run towards them together, joining their circle. I shoot numerous stormtroopers, trying to aid them from the outside but there are too many and they're moving into a tighter circle around Rey, Kylo, Leia, Finn and Rose.
There is silence, the troopers waiting for their command and everyone else waiting for them to act. Then Hux's sharp voice pierces through the air, "Fire!" Bright beams fly everywhere, white armour turns red and everything becomes a weapon. All those who thought it was over when the TIE fighters were shot down have never been so wrong. The battle has just begun.
