"thanks for everything." yujin bowed to him as soon as she stepped down from the bike.
jaemin did too and removed his helmet. "it's fine! my house is down there! you don't have to." yujin pointed down the road.
jaemin can't really drop her right in front of her house because the road was too steep for his bike.
he ran his hand through his hair and sighed, "you really think i'll let you walk alone?"
yujin looked up, the lampposts' lights were too dim, her house is actually further down the street and it's 5am. she's actually glad that jaemin offered to walk her home.
"let's go." he said and pulled her hand. yujin wondered for too long.
"woah! your hand is cold!" he exclaimed. yujin's hands were definitely freezing. even before jaemin came to the rescue, she has been waiting alone with her broke down car for hours.
"yeah, i g-get cold easily." she can't help but to stuttered. jaemin was still holding her hand tight. if it wasn't dark, her blushing cheeks would be obvious.
"give me your other hand."
he held them both tightly. if only na jaemin noticed that yujin's heart was beating so loudly.
"i'm charging you in exchange for my warmth." he said nonchalantly as yujin pulled back her hands but to none avail as he held it tighter.
"i'm not paying." she stated. jaemin chuckled at her reaction.
with both of them holding hands, they were walking down the road weirdly. having to walk using her side like a crab, yujin sighed.
"i know my hands are freezing and all but it's really hard to walk like this." she brought up their hands to show him. jaemin clicked his tongue.
"you have a point."

Option 1 > let go of one hand and walk side by side Option 2 > turn around and walk facing her 〜〜〜☆☆☆〜〜〜
"then you'll be the eye." jaemin turned to face yujin as she gasped. "are you crazy? the street is really steep. it's dangerous."
jaemin was walking down the steep street with his eyes on yujin. his back facing the road. his feet walking backwards. placing his 100% trust on her.
"tell me if i'm about to hit something." yujin sighed. there is no understanding him. this must be his revenge to her.
but his eyes that kept looking at her, kept her feeling flustered.
"stop looking at me like that." yujin turned her face to the right to avoid eye contact.
"ya! eyes on the road! you're killing the both of us."
yujin was slowly losing focus because of na jaemin, who was staring intently at her.
"relax, you won't fall. i'm holding your hands tightly. see." yujin said, giving it a squeeze.
"oh! we're here. well that was fast. i always dread myself down this street."
they stopped in front of yujin's house. both of them let go of their hands at the same time. yujin looked ahead to avoid blushing.
"well, they do say that time is moving fast when you're with someone you like."
