More Than Just Friends-Chapter Four

I was still lying next to Catman as he slept that night.

He was healing nicely, and I was so scared he wouldn't make it out alive.

At about 6:00 the next morning, soft hands rubbed my cheek.

I slowly opened my eyes and my Catman plush toy was there.

And Catman was looking at me with those adorable kitten eyes. 

"You have very nice hair".

He whispered to me.

I blushed as I wiped off my tears.

"You're the cutest little kitten I've ever seen".

The drummer smiled and kissed my forehead gently.

I reached out my arms and hugged him.

He chuckled playfully as he licked his lips.

"I think we are going through a lot more than just friendship".

I looked over at him, wandering what he was was talking about.

Catman sat up in bed and put me down in his lap.

A door opened, startling me.

"How are you feeling, Cat"?

SpaceMan smirked when he saw how his friend was blushing.

"I feel better than I did before".

The drummer answered, stroking my hair.

"I can see that you're in love with...what's your name"?

I gave the SpaceMan my name and we shook hands.

Starchild was glad that Catman was all better.

"You need to make sure you're completely healed, so try not to move around too much".

He advised the drummer. 

I helped Catman as he carefully stood up on his own feet.

He was still tall compared to my own height. 

"I heard that you've fallen in love with someone".

Catman had to smile at the thought of it.

Starchild recognized the same girl who was kidnapped by the Crimson Witch.

"Pleased to meet you, darlin".

I smiled at the glamorous rockstar.

"I know who you guys are, you guys are awesome", 

The two men laughed at my sense of humor, and then we went to find Demon.
