#28 Karim Benzema

I sat up in bed reading my book, having had a nice relaxing day.

I'd been given the week off from work as u had to using up my holidays. I always went to work and I was a hard worker, so it all paid off when u got given the week off.

I heard the door slam shut and I looked at the time, realising Karim was half an hour early from work than he was supposed to be.

"Babe?" I called out to him as I heard him coming up the stairs.

"I'm here," Karim sighed, walking into the bedroom as he sat down on our shared bed, his back pressed against the wall as he sat up, crossing his arms over his chest.

"What's wrong?" I asked as he shrugged.

"Nothing, I don't want to talk about it" he said frustration clear in his voice as I decided not to question him about it.

I began reading my book again and after becoming engrossed in it yet again, I jumped when Kaiem was suddenly wrapping his arms around my waist.

"I missed you today" he sighed.

"What?" I asked him.

"I really miss you, I could've done today and been happy if you were with me, but you weren't" he complained.

"I can't help that, you had important meeting today, I wasn't allowed to be there" I said running my fingers through his long hair.

"I know " he huffed, the frown on his face stating put as he refused to smile.

"What's gotten you so cross today?" I asked, laughing at him slightly as he was so adorable no matter what expression he had.

"Bad day?" I guessed as he nodded.

"Work is just stressful and meetings and press conferences aren't good and it just doesn't go well today. The team wasn't taking me seriously when I told them how I hated serious conferences because I never know what to say. Every time I suggest something they don't care, it's so frustrating"  he ranted, wrapping his arms around me tighter as he pouted.

"I just wanted it to go well and it didn't, I'm so fed up of today now, I just want to go to sleep and forget about it" Karim exclaimed as I listened intently.

"Well work is over now, I know you find it stressful, but your home now and you can relax, think about something else" I offered.

"I can't get it off my mind, I'm so annoyed and I'm not in a good mood now, I can't relax" he huffed snuggling his face into my neck.

"Yes you can, I'll help you, come on" I said, beginning to get up to be pulled back down again.

"No stay with me, your not leaving me all alone" he demanded as I laughed.

"I'm going to run you a bath, you can come with me if you want, you don't have to stay here" I explained as he shook his head, placing his head in the crook of my neck again.

"No I just want to cuddle" he said, the sound of his voice muffled.

"You can cuddle later, it will help to have a bath and relax if you let it" I told him as he sighed.

"Alright, but I'm still mad at you" he pouted as I laughed, a slight smile on his face.

I got up from the bed, walking towards the bathroom with Karim following closely behind.

I began to run the bath as Karim stripped from his clothes before getting in the bath once it was filled up enough.

"Get in with me?" he asked as I shook my head.

"I've had a bath, and I don't want to get bubbles in my hair" I told him as my eyes lit up.

"Bubbles? but you haven't put any in" Karim frowned.

His smile soon replaced his frown as I picked up the bottle, giving it to Karim as he filled the bath full of bubbles.

"This is fun" he laughed.

"Your adorable" I smiled as I watched him play with the bubbles like a child would.

"I am aren't i?" he laughed, getting lost in his own world as he played with the bubbles as I quietly left the room to head back to our shared bedroom.

Half an hour later Karim walked into the bedroom with a towel around his waist as he tried his hair with another towel.

"Hey you left me alone" he complained.

"You were having so much fun babe" I laughed and he pouted before smiling.

"I was and now I get to cuddle with my favourite person in the whole wide world" Karim grinned, his dimples showing as he held out his arms for a cuddle.

I wrapped my arms around Karims torso as he wrapped his arm around my waist and we cuddled in silence for a while before Karim spoke up.

"This is just what I needed after today, i love you" Karim said kissing my forehead.

"I'm glad your happier now, I love you too" I said happily.

I had to admit, seeing Karim happy made me smile and it was all I wanted to see, so if bubbles and cuddles was the answer to make him happy, I'd happily give them to him.
