You didn't expect a thunderstorm as big as the one that was happening outside to occur so soon. Rain was coming down faster then you could imagine and lightening was touching the ground everywhere.

You had always been enthralled in storms since you were little so it was no surprise that you were staring with wide eyes outaide through one of Kylian's grand windows.

You could feel his gaze on your still from as he walked back into the room.

Coming up behind you and wrapping his arms around you waist the both of you watched the dancing colors the sky illuminated with each passing minute.

"It sucks our plans couldn't happen," He muttered into your hair. You were upset but getting to watch the storm made things a tad bit better.

"Trust me its fine, I love storms like this, I just hope it stood later this evening so I can get back home." You replied back, lifting one of his hands and kissing the back of it.

"Why don't you just stay the night?" You stilled and thought about what he had just said.

You two had been together for a few months now but you both had not slept over at one another's places. This would be different for you, a first thst would be taken away like the rain was taking away all the bad.

The though you alone had you nervous since this would be the first time sleeping with Kylian, for the full night, but you nodded your head along and placed the worry away.

What was life without taking a few chances?

"Great! You know this will be the first time you will have stayed over?" He told you as he turned you around to face him, a small smile on his face.

"I know, I'm nervous to see what happens in the late hours with you Mr Mbappe, I happen to think you could be be quite the spectacle to see huh?" You giggled as he looked affronted.

"I can guarantee that I am completely normal and rather cheeky as the night begins," He wiggled his eyebrows and frowned as a loud clap of thunder sounded through out his home.

"Since this is a big first of ours we should make it extra special by camping out in the living room and building a wonderfully warm and cozy blanket fort." His eyes lit up as he said his idea.

"I believe this is a first that most definitely requires a blanket fort," With that said you both got to work getting everything together.

As you were gathering pillows and many blankets, having to take multiple trips downstairs, only to find Kylian rearranging furniture. Once he was finishes he began to take the blankets you have left and starting laying them on the floor.

When he finished you both put pillows here and there, making sure everything was going to be comfortable. Next the two of you shook out the large blankets and put them on tip of the furniture Kylian rearranged, making a cover for your fort.

You clapped when it was finished and were excited to go inside the cost looking area. You kissed him quickly before turning to the fort, offering the praise to him.

"You did good darling," You said as he came to stand next to you.

"Thank you love," The two of you went into the little fort and got cozy together. The rain lettering against the ground and windows filled the silence that overtaken the household.

You closed your eyes and snuggled close to Kylian's side, resting your head on his chest. He wrapped his arms around you tighter and sighed atop your head.

"I like this," he told you quietly. "I like you being here when I am about to fall asleep, it gives me comfort to know you're protected in my arms," If your heart wasn't already his it was now.

Kylian knew just the right things to say all the time and you adored him completely.

"I like this too, baby" You kissed his chest and snuggled deeper into the warmth. He ran a hand over your back soothingly, lulling you to the first night of sleep with the man who you were head over heels for.
