Summary: So the reader got injured trying to save Loki and he is obviously worried and not happy with the dumb, in his opinion, decision she made.

A/N: It's my first time writing about Loki and I loved it. There is a bit of angst but it's mostly fluff. Also I would love to hear any feedback on this, good or bad. Thank you for reading :)

This wasn't where he wanted to be. The young prince was seated in a gold and red armchair. He was desperately trying to make himself comfortable, moving constantly, but he simply couldn't. Although the chair was perfectly padded, the situation kept it uncomfortable. In front of him was lying the woman who risked her life in a stupid attempt to save his. Her skin looked so pale it sent shivers down Loki's spine. She also had small bruises on her face and neck, but it was nothing compared to her many broken bones.

Every time Loki laid eyes on her he remembered the tragic accident that led the poor girl into this state and he couldn't help but feel guilty. It had been days since the god heard her voice and he was starting to miss it so badly. Sleep had always been hard to find for Loki; his nights were always filled with nightmares and thoughts. But ever since she was in that bed looking dead, sleep wasn't even something he expected to find. He'd been there by her side, since the day he brought her in the castle covered in her blood to the day she'd wake up. If she wakes up whispered Loki's own mind.

Suddenly the large golden door of the room opened, and Thor entered, taking her out of his head. The older prince looked sad and worried for [Name] but mostly for his younger brother. Loki didn't even bother to look at him. However, Thor was determined to make him move.

"Brother, it's been days. Maybe you should rest a little bit."

The young prince stayed silent, not paying attention.

"The healers are hopeful about her recovery and so am I. She's going to wake up sooner or later. You don't need to keep hurting yourself like this."

This time Loki peered at his older brother, a sullen look on his face. He was disgruntled and tired. He didn't need Thor to come and try to comfort him.

"Would you please leave us alone?" Loki asked calmly, trying to control his temper.

"Loki, I..."

"No. Would you please leave us alone?" he cut off his brother much more aggressively this time.

Thor didn't say a word he just watched the younger prince for a while. He could see the anger in his eyes, but he knew it wasn't directed to him but to Loki, himself. Therefore, the god of thunder decided to give up and left silently. Loki closed his eyes for a moment, trying to contain everything he was feeling. He buried all his emotions deep inside of him. This was nothing new to the god of mischief.

Her eyes opened slowly, and her vision was blurry. "There's too much light" she thought. So many different figures were rushing around her. She was dizzy, her head was aching, and she felt like in a stranger's body. In fact, even her mind felt different to her. She was so tired and so lost. The young woman closed her eyes again, and everything went black.

This time it was different. The light wasn't that strong anymore and only two people were sat next to her bed. They were healers. They talked to her for a while asking her how she was feeling. At first [Name] didn't understand but she quickly remembered the burning trees, the heat, the loud growl of the dragon. He was so beautiful yet so dangerous. Suddenly it hit her. Loki. She looked for him in the room, but he was nowhere to be seen. The young woman wanted to run to him. But she knew it would have been stupid judging by the state she was in. So, she asked one of the healers about him, worried. But the woman quickly eased her mind saying he was fine and would be able to see her as soon as she rested. [Name] felt so much better after that and decided to sleep. The quicker she recovered, the quicker she would be able to see him.
