(Y/N) wasn't a guardian.

But he was at the tower anyway.

At first glance, the human seemed normal, with regular looks.

Until you saw his face.

His skin, where it would be smooth, was scarred and deformed.

He was a member of the Fireteam that stalked Croat deep into the Hellmouth, and only Eris had escaped.

Or so they thought.

(Y/N) has survived deep inside the Hive Fortress, slowly driven insane.

But Eric came back for him.

For she loved him with all of her heart, and wouldn't give up.

But she was too late.

He had lost his mind.

"Please, (Y/N). You have to take this. It'll make you feel better!"

The crazed man shook his head as his bleached eyes stared into hers.

"I can't. Crota said I couldn't."

Eris began to cry.

"Please. My love. I want to help you!"

She came closer, and (Y/N) began to scream.

"Get away! Get away!!"

Then Eris left him there.

Alone once more.

She would try again.
