you were friends with star butterfly on earth. you were a very shy and anxious girl most of the time. 

you were walking downstairs from star's room. she had gone downstairs to sneak some of Marco's cereal and you wanted something from the kitchen to eat. you walked in the door and saw star encased in crystal. there was someone there with a blue crystal for a head. and sock's?.. on his hands. in a panick he incased you in crystal. 

( time skip and to rhombulus's POV )

star was talking to me " wait.. what happened to Y/N? " star asked. " Y/N? " I said wondering who that was. " she is a girl about this tall and has a light F/C off the shoulder sweater " star said putting her hand to the height of the girl she was talking about. hm. " oh! her. " I said. I walked over to the fridge and opened it. she crystal that encased the girl fell out of it " can you uhhh? uncrystalize her? " star asked. " oh sure "I said.

you looked around. where were you? " s-star? " you said looking over at star. you looked to the side and saw the guy from earlier. you started to tremble afraid of what he would do to you. " whoa whoa Y/N its okay! " star said running over trying to comfort you. this is why your friend marco always fought instead of you because you got scared easily and could have an anxiety attack. " w-what's wrong? is she hurt? did I hurt her?! " the guy from earlier said. " no rhombulus she is very nervous and can have anxiety attacks " star said. the guy who you assumed was rhombulus looked at you. he walked over and you shrunk back in fear as you trembled. " hey hey please don't cry " rhombulus said as tears pricked your eyes. you looked up at him confused. " Y/N its okay he isn't going to hurt us " star said comfortingly. " listen im sorry that I scared ya like that. I should have thought before I crystalized you " rhombulus said. " i-its okay " you said. you gulped down the stone that was resting in the back of your throat. your heart rate slowly calmed down. " are you okay? " rhombulus asked concerned if he had hurt you in any way. " mhm " you said. you calmed down seeing that he wasn't going to hurt you. " so your Y/N right? " rhombulus said. you nodded quietly with a soft " mhm " he seemed nice enough. " im rhombulus " he said. "I would shake your hand but as you can see that isn't a good idea " rhombulus said holding up his snake hands. you smiled softly at him "it's nice to meet you " you said with a soft shy smile. " are you sure your okay? " rhombulus asked. you nodded softly " do you wanna have some donuts and maybe some tea? it might help to calm you down " rhombulus said. " t-thank you " you said softly. " nice job wallflower! you aren't nearly as nervous as you were when you met pony head! " star said using your nickname everyone called you in school. " oddly enough cause I thought he was gonna kill us or something " you said. " what? rhombulus? nah! he is in the magical high commission on mewnie! " star said. " oooh. like hekapoo? " you said. " yep! " star said. you all walked over to a table that had a box of donuts on it and a few cups of tea. rhombulus pushed the tea over to you ( cause his snick hands are in crystal's now )  " t-thank you " you said softly. you drank the warm tea. it had a calming effect and was sweet. " no problem " rhombulus said. " im sorry I couldn't help you with the fritz rhombulus " star said. " its okay at least we know it's not you that's causing the fritz. " rhombulus said. over the next two hours you stayed there with star and rhombulus talking. " well we should probably go now cause marco could be already up and looking for us " star said. " alright! im pretty sure you don't have your dimensional scissors so you can use mine " rhombulus said. star grabbed the dimensional scissors and opened a portal " come on Y/N " star said. " h-hold on " you said. you walked over to rhombulus " I-I was wondering.. i-is there any way we can stay in contact? i-i really liked talking to you today.. if you don't want to I-I understand " you said. " sure! star has my contact information for her mirror so if you want y-you can call me sometime? " rhombulus said. " y-yeah see ya later rhombulus " you said. you walked through the portal and star tossed the scissors through it and closed the portal. star jabbed you in the side " I saw what you were doing there Y/N " star said with a smirk. your face went red. " w-what do you mean? I-I just wanted to keep talking to him. " you said blushing softly. " mmmhmmm anyways. I'll add him to my mirror for ya " star said with a wink. you smiled as you blushed " thanks star " you said. you went back to star's room with her while she put rhombulus's contact in her mirror. " there we go! " star said. you nodded with a smile. how was this possible? you just met him and.. you already feel comfortable with him.. what was happening?
