Raisha Ieda Kisaragi is a water inuyoukai, which essentially means dog spirit. (Like Sesshomaru and Inuyasha, she is a full demon.) She has a humanoid physical form as well as a demon form that show's her true canine nature. She is a water elemental sorceress that exists to heal and protect as well as guide the lost spirits of those who have drowned in lakes and rivers. Raisha is a benevolent being who is often elusive and shy and only shows her presence to those who have pure aura's and no ill-intent. She loves flowers and lives in a small cottage in the woods surrounded by lush green trees, flowers and rivers. She has the ability to turn into water and vapor and travel through bodies of fresh water via hydroportation.
This is going to be a character later on in the story and yes i did ask the person who created her for permission. I will not give her name out that is her for her privacy.
