Request: Okay so here's one. Firefighter dean. Not an AU though. Like Sam and dean are out to grab a bite or ask questions idk. And reader is still at motel. Somehow fire starts. She ends up trapped in motel. Probably in bathroom idk. So she calls dean and is like hey I love you not much air left blah blah blah and dean goes into his OH NO YOU DONT DIE ON ME mode. They get to motel he makes a scene and pushes past actual firefighters or something and eventually saves reader. They're both probably burned and sick from smoke but dean says when reader is like thank you he goes "I always said I'd walk through hell fire for you" or something. Make it your own! Have fun with it

Dean POV

"Alright, call us if you need anything, we're gonna head out to question the witness quick and then grab some food. We'll bring you back a bacon cheeseburger, like always." Sam said to (y/n).

"Alright, you two, be safe, okay? Come back to me." (y/n) said, her typical farewell.

"Always." Sam and I responded. Our typical response.

"Do you ever worry, leaving her at the motel all alone?" Sam asked as we climbed into the Impala.

"Of course I do, Sam. She's our baby sister. But she can hold her own. Besides, we don't need three people to find out where Delilah Goldblum's grave is." I answered. Sam sighed in resignation.

"True enough, I suppose." He mumbled. "True enough."

Quicker than we thought we would, we found out where our ghost was buried. We'd find her grave later tonight, when it was dark, and probably take (y/n) with us. Having three people to dig up a grave was the quickest way to do it.

In the meantime, Sam and I grabbed food at the diner nearest the motel.

"And here's your burger, and the Caesar salad for you. Anything else?"

"No thank you, sweetheart. Thanks." I answered. "God, Sam, you couldn't even get the chicken Caesar? That's rabbit food with extra dressing and some cheese." Sam just rolled his eyes.

"Whatever." he mumbled, grabbing a forkful of his salad as I dug into my burger. I had barely finished chewing my first bite when (y/n)'s ringtone sounded. I set my burger down and wiped my hands off quickly, and fished my phone out of a jacket pocket and answered it.

"Hey, kid. Adding to your order?" I greeted (y/n).

"Dean..." I knew immediately that something was wrong. What that something was, I had no idea.

"(y/n/n), hon, what's wrong?" I asked. Sam set down his forkful of salad when I asked that.

"Put me... put me on speaker, Dean-O." (y/n) sounded like she was having trouble breathing, and she'd already coughed into the phone twice.

"You're on. What's wrong?" I asked again.

"A... fire. Not sure how it started, but it's spread fast. I'm... guys, I'm stuck in the bathroom and... almost out of air."

"(y/n), hang on. We're coming. Just hang on for us!" I yelled, dropping a twenty on the table and sprinting out, followed closely by Sam.

"Don't you... dare come in here, Dean Winchester." (y/n) said weakly. "I called to make sure the two of you knew just how much I've loved you."

"(y/n), please, we're going to come-" Sam started.

"Sam, you listen to me. This isn't your fault. I know you two big lugs are going to blame-" (y/n) cut off into a coughing fit. "-yourselves. Please, don't drink yourselves silly. I love you two so... I love you-" The next sound we heard was a clatter.
