Chapter 79

Hey, guys! I know what you're going to say...and I'm sorry being gone for the whole month. I was adjusting to my college life and my prelims just ended this week so I'm kinda exhausted, phew, haha. I just hoped I passed all of my subjects because I don't wanna lose my scholarship, HAHAHA.

I almost had a heart attack during my chemistry exam. Just let me tell you about this, XD. So, during the exam, no erasures are allowed and the dumb me didn't read the instruction on the side of the answer sheet. I know it wasn't allowed to erase my answer but I did, HAHA, because even though it will be marked wrong at least you corrected yourself (at least you think you did), right?

But, there was actually another instruction on the side of the answer sheet and it said that 'two or more shaded boxes will cancel your exam' and I was like, 'holy sh-' and I started to think ahead and what my life would be if I lost the scholarship. I know I was exaggerating but I was really scared that day, HAHA. I decided to wait for the dismissal when all of my classmates are done and have passed their sheets but I was one of the first people who finished the exam and I was like 'just get to it.'

And thank God, I did. I asked about it and I was relieved that our prof said that only that number will be marked wrong. The Prof took pity of me, thank God!

So that's one of the moments of my first month in college and I have more to come, if you wanna listen or know.

I'm updated with BlackPink's shenanigans throughout the last month (but I haven't watched Jisoo and Rosé's guesting's) and I'm hyped about the Dua LipaXBlackPink collaboration this 19th of October. That's one hell of a step for them! I'm so proud of them ㅜoㅜ !!

Well, here's the update though this is only the first part 'cause I'm still working on it. I know I'm sorry. This was actually where I left off before starting college and I just proofread it. I'll update when I can, I promise.

It's Wednes-fucking-day!

I was feeling my body tingling with anticipation. I was so nervous of what might happen today but at the same time, thrilled of what we'll do. The only thing that intrigues me was why Lisa told me to wear the most comfortable clothes that I have in my closet. Something that feels so comfortable to sleep in but good enough for outdoors, her exact words.

It was hard to find something like that in my closet but I settled with a pair of black sweats and a pair of white Adidas shoes. I left my hair loose on my shoulders and put on some light make-up, just the usual and not out of the ordinary. When I finished, I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled excitedly at the satisfaction.

I heard soft knocks on my open door so I diverted my eyes toward that direction. The sight of my brother smiling fondly at me while leaning on the door frame with his arms crossed greeted me. I smiled back at him and greeted him, "hey, Tae," looking at my reflection again.

"What are you wearing?" He asked with disbelief in his voice. "You're going on a date, Jen. Sweats isn't for dates," I looked at him with an unfazed smile, "I know, right? But Lisa told me to," my smile widen at the sound of her name.

He chuckled softly while straightening his posture and walked to me, "welcome back, sis," he said and the happiness was undeniably in his voice, making me confused. "What do you mean?" I looked at him incredulously.

He chuckled softly while shaking his head and walked closer to me, bringing his hands on my shoulder. I was dumbfounded on my stand as I looked at him. "The old Jennie is back," he exclaimed with his eyes sparkling. He's being dramatic.
