Y/n POV
It was prom and Shawn and me were about to leave your house. I came out of your house looking like (swipe —>) and Shawn is waiting for me. " wow y/n you look beautiful " Shan says staring. " thank you" I say blushing a little. Shawn walks over to me and leads me to a limousine. We get in and are at prom in no time. We walk in and find somewhere to sit. (idk I've never been to prom I was homeschooled)
Shawn's pov
Slow music starts to play and I get up and take y/n's hand and start to slow dance with her. "Thank you Shawn. For everything." Y/n says as she looks me in my eyes. "Your welcome but it isn't a big deal" I say blushing. Perfect by Ed Sheeran plays and I can't help but sing it to y/n. "Darling you look perfect tonight." I sing causing her to look down and blush. Oh the last couple of lines of the song I kiss her. She is a little surprised but likes it I think.
Y/n POV
We start breaking away from the kids and of course I'm smiling like a dumbass but it's ok because we are living in the moment. After a few more songs we find our friends and start talking and laughing. ( is there prom queen and king? Idk if not it's homecoming) "so who do you think is going to be crowned prom/homecoming king and queen" y/f/n says. "I honestly don't know" I say, I never really thought about that. "Ok everyone I hope you guys are having a good time now we are going to announce prom/homecoming king and queen!" The captain of the cheer team says into a microphone. Everyone makes their way to the stage she is standing on. "And the prom/homecoming king and queen are....... Shawn and y/n!!" She says into the microphone. (Cliche ik) I cant believe it. Me and Shawn walk up onto the stage. Everyone is clapping. The cheerleaders crown us king and queen, and for the rest of the night we dance and have fun.
