somewhere in between
earth and hell
lay a shattered person's mind

the mind of a broken
hearted sapien living in
the realm of limbo as
if it were on Earth

he walked on windows
and stared at his reflection on floors

he shouted in absolute silence
and hushed in abundance of noise

they called him "the special child"
because his tears
were brought upon by
words and his words
were brought upon by
tears of which he caused

the special child had a mind of no one else's, I thought

he may not know how
to count to 3 and he may
not know how to control
his temper but I thought

I thought

that sometimes he
says the most philosophical
things that even us upper realmers,

the sapiens not in limbo could never begin to comprehend

Not in our state of sanity, never.
