Jimin walked over to Ara before tapping on her shoulder. She looked up at him with a sleepy grin.
"Come with me."
Jimin said before taking her hand to hoist her up. From the corner of his eye, Jimin saw Taehyung and Jungkook laughing with each other. An irresistible smile danced on his lips as he walked away with Ara.
"Today was- Wow." Ara said. Jimin smiled apologetically.
They were now sitting on the bench of an isolated park. A huge chestnut tree was hovering over them. They fell into a comfortable silence but Jimin's mind was working on full speed.
'You got to do this.'
'Do it.'
'Do it.'
'Now.'
"Ara? I like you." he said suddenly and his eyes flew open. He spoke. Ara seemed to forget about the fact that Jimin couldn't speak cause she answered with a hum. After a second she did a double take, her wide eyes meeting Jimin's.
"Y-You? You spoke!" Ara exclaimed. Jimin cleared his throat before answering.
"Did you hear what I said?" he paused. His voice was hoarse from the lack of use. "I said I like you Ara. A lot. Thank you for making me want to speak again."
