Quirkless, Not Powerless

Combat Training Part 1

Hey guys, Issac (not Kami lmao) here. Welcome to the wonderful school U.A! Our students each have unique quirks of their own and personalities. We teachers hope that you enjoy reading their story as much as we enjoyed writing it. And now! Without further or do, this is the story of a quirkless girl just trying to be a hero. Enjoy!

The entire class got changed in the locker rooms and walked outside. Once they were there, they noticed that Tempus was nowhere in sight, "Guys, where's our teacher?" A hearty laugh boomed from the sky and a huge figure dropped down from above...

"ALL MIGHT?!" He landed like superman on the ground in front of the students. Standing up, he puts his hands on his sides. Then, a bright light shone from the sky and fire shot down in front of them. The fire put itself out and there stands, "The Torch Hero: Torchlight?!" He sent the class a smirk and winked at some of the girls. Finally, Tempus appeared behind All Might.

He looked at his students with a finger to his lips, telling them to not give him away. He activated his quirk and attempted to kick All Might in the back. Though, All Might was a little too fast and dodged, "Not so fast, Tempus."

The teacher grunted and shoved his hands into his pockets, "All right Rookies, let's go, we're finna be fighting the shit outta each other. Now here's whatcha gotta do-" Tempus was interrupted by All Might.

He laughed loudly, "Hold it right there, kid. I am the combat teacher and Torchlight, here, is my assistant. So, class!" Tempus whined and All Might held his head back, "We'll be doing combat training! We had you get dressed into your hero costumes for this reason. Use your powers to your best and don't back down. Also, if you are to take it too far, I will stop the battle. Now, I will split you up into teams. Then split you into villains and heroes-"

A hand rose up from the crowd, "All Might sir!" Kagaku Murakenky steps forward and speaks, "Sir! Wouldn't it be optimal to have Recovery Girl on staff and here with us?" The class rep stood tall and strict.

"If needed, we will call her. For now, I don't think we'll have injuries that bad. Torchlight, call Recovery Girl and make sure she knows about the possibility anyway." The assistant nodded and took out his phone to call the nurse.

All Might clears his throat, "Team A is Kaida Matsui and Yume Niseko." The two girls high fived and put their arms on each others shoulders. Someone from the class, most likely Akira, scoffed at their excitement.

"Team B is Taile Yamagishi and Kagaku Murakenky." This pair looked at each other. Taile smiled and gave her a thumbs up, and Murakenky smiled a bit.

"Team C is Fukuro Akumu and Sachiko Nakamura." Both teammates fist bumped and smiled at each other.

"Team D is Aoi Neil Ono and Ikina Obake." The two walked up to each other and stood side by side.

"Team E is Aiko Neko and Seong-Jin Byun." Seong ran up to Neko and put his arm on her shoulder, telling her that he can't wait to work together, and the cat-girl gave him a broad smile.

"Team F is Sora Akira and Jin Terunori." The boys stared at each other for a moment. Sora rolled his eyes, and Terunori turned away to look forward at his teacher, ignoring his partner.

"Team G is Kida-Kai Aki and Riko Shirogane." The pair look at each other, Aki smiled and Riko looks away a bit.

"Team H is Dimiourgantas Terata and Desdemona Ko." Dimi gave Dese a hug and they giggled a bit, clearly happy to be partners.
