So heres a story. So I'm doing homework and I hear a noise from upstairs (I do my schoolwork in the basement) so I go upstairs and my dog Rocky had hit his head on the door when trying to stand up. And in those 3 seconds I was gone my computer had updated and in turn deleteing the homework I was working on.
Me being naturally pissed, opens Word the redo where I had last saved. Fortunately my computer had recovered the files "Great" I thought "I don't have to cry my self to sleep to night" and I realized it was the one I saved from when I was just starting the homework. However there was another file with the answer I had typed up to the point.
I go to save and then a screen popped up saying that it was going to delete the file I was currently on and save the other one. I couldn't press cancel or even OK. I texted my mom and she said I had to preform a hard shut down. I did and now it work it fine except now I have to do 1 hours worth of homework all over again.
