The Prince and the Dragon

•Chapter Twenty-Two•

Gabriel was assigned to give Dean the potion for him to drink. He felt an aching pain course through his mind as he lean against the wall with his back on the wall as he closes his eyes and breathes heavily.

The evil part that the spell made was trying to keep the good version of Gabe back. The good Gabriel was battling the evil version and the horrible part of him was winning.

Gabriel opened his eyes and they glowed a red color then it went down as the good Gabriel was pushed deep in the corner of Gabriel’s mind.

Gabriel made his way downstairs and he immediately stopped once he saw his two elder brothers standing with a free Dean. He wanted to turn back but he couldn’t when Lucifer saw him. Lucifer was talking with Michael and Dean until he saw his little brother. He went pass them and hugged Gabriel.

Gabe had to hug back so they wouldn’t suspect anything. Lucifer pulled away just as soon as Gabriel put the bottle in his leather jacket hiding it.

“Gabriel! You’re okay” Dean said as Gabriel nods at Dean. “Yeah well Adam isn’t so strong” Gabe chuckled normally, and no one questioned it because everyone believed, and no one doubted him.

“Well let’s get going before anyone comes” Michael said as he leads everyone out the room. Gabriel went with and decided a plan for how he’s going to get Dean and it was going to be a good double cross.

Castiel on the other hand felt pain from his swollen belly. It was telling Castiel that he needed rest. Cas sat on the ground as he couldn’t walk much anymore since he was too tired to continue.

Adam and Sam noticed and of course Sam stopped to check on Castiel. “You need rest Cas.” Sam told Cas as the boy shook his head as he needed to find Dean.

“No, I’ll rest after we rescue my brother and Dean” Castiel said stubborn as Sam sighs and was going to help Cas until Adam hits Sam behind the head causing Sam to fall to the ground. Sam was out cold as he hit his head against the tree,

Castiel was shock and pure fear course through him as he looks up at Adam. The wolf had a devilish grin as it shot pure fear in Cas making him shake

“A-a-adam?” Castiel said shakily as Adam looks at Castiel. “You know Castiel, no expected for the innocent to be the villain. I set you brother and husband up. However, I believe its their fault because everyone should know not to trust anyone.” Adam said in mockery.

Adam pulled a blade out and it pointed to Castiel’s belly. “What if I kill that baby?” Adam asked as Castiel shook his head quickly as he had no second thoughts. He didn’t want to lose his child.

“NO!! Stay away from me!” Castiel screamed at Adam as he tries to back away from the wolf, but it wasn’t no help since Castiel’s back was already against the tree. He couldn’t lose the baby.

“Get the hell away from him before I rip your throat out” a voice was heard from a distance as the two turn to see a furious Winchester with Michael, Lucifer, and Gabriel standing behind with a blade in their hands.

Adam dropped the blade as he runs in the forest disappearing from everyone’s sight using his strategy of escaping.

Dean ran to his husband and got on his knees. “Are you okay?” Dean asked as he looks into Castiel’s eyes. Cas nods gently. “I’m okay.” Dean nods. “Then let’s go” Dean said as he stands up and Cas looked down as he was a little sore to be walking more.

Lucifer picked Sam up as the little dragon was unconscious. Dean looked at Castiel. “What’s wrong?” He asked, and Cas looks up to answer Dean’s question. 
“My feet are sore. Can y-you maybe carry me?” Cas asked and then Dean smiles as he picks Castiel up and the little blue-eyed boy was snuggling into Dean’s chest.

Dean smiles at Cas as he was holding the angel up. “Let’s get going” Dean announced as Castiel felt so safe in Dean’s arms. He started falling asleep in the arms of his lover.

Michael and Lucifer nodded, and they started walking forward with Lucifer carrying Sam. Gabriel follows behind as it was part of his plan that he was planning but for now he’ll act like nothing has changed in him.

Dean flew in the air as he wasn’t walking instead flying to the gates of the Kingdom of Dragons. The guards let them inside and Sam was taken to the medical room with Lucifer.

Michael and Gabriel stayed behind and followed Dean inside of the castle. Dean started walking inside the castle carrying Castiel.

Dean turned back to the two older brothers. “I need to take him upstairs. You guys stay here” Dean said but it sounded more like a order and it was followed as Dean went alone to his and Castiel’s room carrying Cas to the room.

He gently lay Cas down on the bed as the angel pulled Dean down to sleep with him. Cas snuggled into Dean’s chest as Dean smiles and he put his hand on Castiel’s belly. He felt the power raiding off the baby. He thought noting about it as he falls asleep holding Castiel close to him.
