"Hey, guys, Sean's calling. I'll be right back," I said. I walked off to the side; I answered him.

"Hey, there, Sean. What's up?" I asked, happily.

"Emily," he started; it sounded like he's been crying, "David had a heart attack." I take in a sharp breath.

"David had a heart attack," I repeat, breathless. David was like my dad. I couldn't believe this. I feel the air choking around my neck like two strong hands. Tears start to fall out of my eyes like a waterfall.

"He had one when we were filming. He should be in stable condition here soon," and then he paused, "I'm so sorry, Emily. I know what David was like to you." I feel my whole world breaking.

My father figure was going to die. No, that's too much. I don't know what will happen, but I couldn't stop from asking questions. "When? What was he doing at the time? Did the medics come to the set? What happened? I need answers, Sean. Please, tell me everything in detail." I could hear the phone being passed onto someone else. Mark's voice comes over the line.

"Em, everything's okay. They're putting him into surgery. He had a blood clot in his heart," Mark explained.

"How is that any better?" I almost screamed. "He's my freaking father! I don't understand. When did this happen?"

More tears left my eyes as Ceui ran up to me. She was adorable. "Last night when we filmed. Everything should be better soon. They'll have to put something in his heart. Just be careful with him when he's better, alright?" I nodded even though he couldn't see it. "We all love you, kiddo. Don't worry about David. He's in good hands. Have fun on your tour. We love you," I could hear Mark's sad smile.

"I love you guys, too," I respond, smiling softly. "Call me everyday. Understand?" I ask. I hear Mark chuckle.

"Sure, kid." Mark hangs up on me, and I sigh as my hand runs down my face. I turn around and see Nata walking up to me.

"What's going on, Emi?" She asked. I look at her with a broken smile.

"I'll talk to you about it with the girls," I explained quickly, picking Ceui up. She nods. We both walk back into the tour bus. I sigh softly. "Guys, David had a heart attack," I explained quickly. I see Halie put her hands over her mouth like her girlfriend just proposed to her. I sigh and look down at Ceui running around our legs.

"That's horrible, Emily! If there's anything that we can do, let us know," I hear Kat say.

I look up to them; Nata gasped. "Oh, oh, Emily, sayang. Jangan menangis; dia akan baik-baik saja. Kami di sini untukmu. Kami adalah keluargamu, hati yang baik," Nata whispers in my ear as she hugs me. "Tolong, berhenti menangis. Dia akan baik-baik saja. Kita bisa berdoa jika itu membuatmu merasa lebih baik?" She asks me. I nod quickly.

"Ya silahkan. Itu mungkin membantu sedikit, Nata," I whisper. Nata looks back at the others.

"Doakan, tolong?" She asks them. Halie and Kat both look confused before Halie translated it.

"Pray, please?" Halie asked Kat. Kat nodded.

"Of course," she whispered. We all got on our knees and started praying.

I prayed that David's surgery would be okay; that he would be able to walk again. I prayed for my friends, my family. These people that I was with at the moment were the best family that I had. I loved these guys like family.

"Ya Tuhan, tolong pertahankan Daud selamat. Biarkan dia memiliki pemulihan yang aman. Minta teman-teman saya tetap tinggal di keluarga selama yang kami bisa. Amin," Nata prayed out loud for us.
