Chapter eight~ crush

I'm battling with myself. I can't sleep at all and Jake is on my mind. His blue eyes and warm smile clouds my mind. " I can't believe I have a crush on my best friend. Thing is He will never know. I can't tell anyone. I can't tell anyone at least until I figured out how I feel. I closed my eyes and tried to sleep but my eyes shot back open. I took my phone and went on Twitter. For the first time Twitter was dead at the moment. I locked my phone and sat up. Gosh "Jake woods why are you doing this to me!" I yelled yet whispers at the same time. I fell back on my pillow and finally fell asleep.

When I woke up, I got ready for school. Today's outfit is a pink tank top, high waist skinny jeans, my pink vans, and a cardigan to match. I put my hair in a high pony and headed down stairs to eat and feed snowflake who is getting big. when I finished I got in my car and drove to school. I parked and saw Jake. when I got out the car, I pushed my feelings aside and went to him.

"Hey T, what's up" He greeted me, with a warm smile. Oh my gosh that smile. "Stop being a creep!" I mentally scold my self.

"nothing much, what about you?" I asked, looking away.

"I'm not sure. Tori I'm gay" he said, I snapped my attention on him. My heart dropped. This cant be! The boy I have a major crush on likes his own gender. That mean I'm like nit anywhere near his type. He did not even show signs-

"Haha I'm lieing. I just wanted to get your attention" he said,wrapping his arm around my neck and snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Don't do that to me! Gosh Jake you should of slapped me while you were at it" I said, covering my eyes with my hands. He hugged me tighter and went in school.

I made my way to first period which was Technology. I pulled out my phone and text Jason. I always annoy him first period. He currently has Math.

"How is the class of hell ?" I text him

"Mr. dumb ass is actually knocked out" He replied, Mr. dumb ass is what we call our math teacher. He never like to be proved wrong.

"So what are y'all doing then?" I text him.

"Some kids are making out, The nerds are playing chess, The jocks are fist pumping, and Well me and the guys are just on Instargram and chilling" He said, I could not stop laughing at the jocks fist pumping. I can imagine.

"Alright talk to you later" I said, as I locked my phone and focused on class.

The day went by pretty quick. It was second to last period and half of us had free periods. I went to the library. Before I entered, I heard a girl and guy laughing. I was being a creep and peeped through the doors ,being as silent as possible. What I saw made a tear come to my eye. Jake had a girl pinned on the wall, and was holding her chin up to look at him. Then Jake pulled her into a kiss. They whispered to each other. I could not watch anymore . I closed my eyes and slowly walked down the hall. Slowly tears escaped my eyes. I ran into the auditorium. I sat down and broke down.

"T? gosh. Are you okay?" asked  Natalie.

"I have feeling for him " I mumbled, in Natalie arms.

"You saw Jake and Melody? Yeah, it's a rumor going around." said Natalie, trying to comfort me. This is what I love about her, she always knew without me having to explain. "I should be happy for him instead my heart feels like a thousand needles attacked me at once" I said, looking up at Natalie.
