though there was massive pushing to get everyone out of their little hiding places, the boys and miss chalice were able to get everyone out 

however, they had to leave Cala maria at home with mugman as the bowl would be very heavy to carry around the shops all-day 

dice walking next to cuphead without holding a hand 

they made a deal that cuphead would never repeat anything to the casino members after everyone was back to normal and so he wouldn't try to escape 

the others were not as smart 

Hilda had to hold cupheads gloved hand as she balanced on her cloud and Cagney was being held by Hilda's arms in his new plant pot, while Werner was held in the cup boy's other arm

all 3 complaining the whole way, giving cuphead a headache 

whilst spectre was still being held hostage by miss chalice, and occasionally trying to escape and/or trying to persuade her to let go and promising her that he wouldn't try to escape 

failing every time 

they finally reached the shops 

but to the children complete horror 

everyone was there 

(well everyone except the casino crew/devil the root pack gang and the phantom express, except for T-Bone who was also there)

"did I forget to mention elder kettle told everyone what happened," miss chalice said sheepishly 

all were silent and in unison tried to struggle to escape from the embarrassment that made its way to their faces

but it was no use 

"Wow elder kettle was not kidding," said djimmi  in massive surprise scratching his head 

while djimmi's response was pleasant, the others were not 

everyone either began to laugh their heads off or scoop them up in their arms

"aww they are so adorable" laughed beppi poking at cagney's face 

making his eyes twitch 

luckily cuphead grabbed his plant pot before he tried to bite beppi's fingers straight of 

"Indeed, quite cute," said baroness bonbon picking dice up and hugging him quite tight 

making dice's face grimace straight at cuphead 

cuphead knew that the deal they had just made was off completely   

"But how?" asked rumour honey bottoms also holding Hilda and swinging her around, making her quite dizzy 

"you can ask zis stupid china set"Werner growled who was being held by dr Khal, obviously wanting down 

"It was just supposed to be a joke" cuphead nervously laughed

"anyway..we were just getting supplies," miss chalice said trying to ease the tension 

"Why don't we split up, well get things much faster" suggested grim 

"not a bad idea grim" captain briny beard complimented

"we'll meet back at the penguin stand in an hour" miss chalice declared handing each team a list of what they had to get  

and with that, the teams had split off in search of supplies
