Chapter Twenty Eight

Sasha's POV

I took a deep breath as I rested. I grabbed my towel and wiped the sweat off of me. I took a drink from my water bottle and got back into position.

I did thirty burpees before calling it a break. I hear a whistle followed by a series of claps.

"Babe that was great!" Seth said, wrapping his arms around my waist from behind.

"Ew don't touch me, I'm all sweaty." I say but he just kisses my neck.

"I don't mind. How about we take a shower?" Seth says

"We? You mean me." I ask, walking to our bedroom.

"No I meant we but I guess you can shower alone." He says making me smile. I grabbed some clothes before heading into the bathroom.

After my quick shower I walked out of the restroom to see Seth laying down on the bed watching tv. He patted the spot besides him, I jump onto the bed making him smile and pull me into his arms.

"Are you excited?" He asks

"For what?" I ask cluelessly

"We debut in a few more days!" He says

"Oh yeah! Of course I can't wait." I say making him nod.

"Me too, I've always admired it." He says making me nod but frown slightly.

"Yeah when I was younger that was my dream." I say, recalling a memory.

~Flashback~

"Okay sweetheart have fun, I'll be back to pick you up in a few hours." My mom says as she waves goodbye.

"Honey Bayley is upstairs, don't be shy go on up there." The older lady said.

Where am I?

The other day I met a girl and I don't know why but we just clicked really fast. She invited me over today but I'm a little nervous, something I'm usually not.

I walked to Bayley's room and knocked on the door.

"Sasha!" She said happily after opening it, instantly pulling me into a hug.

"Hey Bayley" I say as we each take a seat on her bed.

I looked around her room which I've never been in before. My eyes widened a little as I realized her room looks a lot like mine.

"Sorry if it's weird, I'm a big fan." She says, standing up and picking up a picture frame.

"Are you kidding?! I freaking love wwe!" I say looking at the Eddie Guerrero poster on her wall.

"Seriously?" She asks causing me to nod.

"Yes! I love it, when I grow up I want to be a superstar." I say

"Me too! Who's your favorite?" She asks

"Definitely Eddie Guerrero." I say making her nod, "Who's your favorite?" I ask making her hum.

"There's so many I like! But I'd have to say Lita."She says making me nod.

"If I became a superstar I'd want to have a cool name like something bossy." I say

"If I became a superstar I think I'd stick with Bayley." She says

"Bayley the hugger." I say making her smile and hug me.

"Sounds perfect. You could be Sasha Banks, the boss." She says

I like that.

"That sounds perfect." I say smiling at the girl in front of me.

~End Of Flashback~

After that day we just became best friends. It does feel weird not having her here with me to share this dream.

I wonder if she still watches wwe like I do?

"I can't wait to marry you" Seth says out of the blue.

I silently looked down to the engagement ring on my finger. It was about four months ago when Seth proposed to me. It's also been about four years that we have been living in the same apartment.

Seth and I will occasionally go visit our families back in our hometown. The last few times when we went it kind of surprised me to see that Bayley left.

It was a bummer to find out but I'm happy for her, she's probably living the dream. As for me, I'm living her and I's dream, becoming a wwe superstar.

Around one year ago Seth and I began training and working out. Then about a month ago, we sighed with the WWE and are now on the NXT roster. Our debut matches are three days from now.

We were told that there are going to be tons of debut matches since there are a lot more people who just got sighed with the WWE.

I wonder who...

"Me neither" I say with a smile.

"Well I'm going to catch some sleep Sash, I'm tired." Seth says with a yawn.

"Okay, I think I'm going to go to bed in like an hour." I say making him nod and kiss me.

"Okay, goodnight." He says

"Goodnight" I say, walking out of our bedroom and into the living room.

I sit on a small couch which is facing a window, giving me a beautiful view of a glowed up city.

I may have lost some friends.

I may have lost my love.

I may have left my family.

I may have left my home.

But I found new friends.

But I found new love.

But I found a new home.

The old can't be replaced but new things can fall into the picture.

I sigh, getting comfortable in my chair.

Leaving I do not regret.

Not staying I do regret.

Learned I have done.

Broken I have been.

Healed I now am.

Better, I'm not sure.

Worse, I'm not sure.

Happy? Yes I am.

Sad? No I am not.

I'm living the dream.

Guys I think I'm going to focus on one book at a time. I am going to focus solely on this book until it is completed (which will not be for a while longer). Then I will work on my other book. So that means this book is going to get updated a lot.

So I'm just curious, who else do you guys think will be debuting on NXT? Like it's totally not obvious...😂😂
