Nico POV
"Babe, let's take a selfie. I don't have any pictures with you, I need pics and proof that I'm with such a beautiful being." Will pulled out his phone, already about to take a picture of him and me. I took a step away from him quickly, before he could get the picture.
"No thank you." I tell Will simply.
"Babe, please? I need pictures of usssss. I love you with all my heart, you know, I want proof. And you're really cute, your hair is floofy." My boyfriend insisted, trying to give me puppy-dog eyes.
"I don't want to, Will." I tell him again, taking another step away so he can't snap a selfie as a surprise. I know he wouldn't do that, but I take the precaution anyway.
"Why not? I won't force you." Will stuffs his phone back in his pocket, making a small show of it so I know he won't do anything. Will takes a step towards me, hands out, and I can't not hold them.
"I just don't want to." I lie. My sunshine boy sees right through that, I can tell he
doesn't believe me.
"Are you sure-and I want you to know that it's okay, it's okay if you just don't want to-are you sure you aren't insecure?" Will gets nice and close to me, looking me in the eyes. Curse that boy and his sincere caring. And his blue eyes, they're too pretty to lie to.
"I am insecure." I admit, and Will's demeanor quickly turned to concerned, "But it doesn't matter. Don't worry."
"Tell me your insecurities, love. It does matter, you shouldn't be insecure. You're so handsome, babe." Will gives me a quick kiss, pressing his body against mine even more. I used to be uncomfortable with the closeness, but I've come to love it. Will's nice and warm.
I sigh. "It's fine, really, Will."
I, truthfully, could give him a list of insecurities. Things I dislikes about myself, building up over the years. Particularly the time I spent alone.
I don't give him the list, though. He helps with my self esteem plenty just by being there.
"How can I convince you how amazing you are? How can I help you to... see what I do?" Will asks.
I'm about to answer when Will starts planting little kisses, all over my face. I can't help but giggle.
"I love you." I tell him. Will grins.
"I love you too, darling."
