"Chloe, I can't believe you forgot about today!" Kelsey pulled her to the outdoor tables. "Why? what's happening today?" Chloe asked her. She looked ahead and saw all her friends gathered around a table. "It's your birthday!" Everyone yelled "Surprise!". Chloe smiled and thanked them. She couldn't believe she forgot about this. As she celebrated, she thought about Ryan. 'Is he okay?' She wondered. It was finally the end of the school day. She felt bad for just abandoning him but her hands were tied. She should talk to him tomorrow, since it's the weekend. But how was she going to find his address? She never even saw him leave school... Was he homeless? No. That's not a very good thing to think about. But she couldn't help but wonder if he was.
