Chapter 2

Jai's POV

"Hi, my name is Jai. And you are?" I asked her confidently. She seemed nervous, but then again I would be too if I was in her position.

As soon as she walked into the party, I knew I had to have her. She's so, beautiful with her long blonde hair, bright blue eyes and cute smile.

"Ellie." she replied with a smile.

"Well, that's a beautiful name to suit a beautiful girl like you." I smirked, trying my best to impress her.

"Well, thank you." She blushed.

"Mind if I sit?"

She shook her head.

"Go ahead." she smiled and patted the space next to her.

We ended up talking for a couple of hours, about our interests, lives and background.

"So, Jai" she continued. "You've told me what you like to do for fun, but what are your main interests?" she asked out of genuine curiosity.

"Well, mainly I love pleasing my fa..." I stopped. No. I couldn't let her know about my fame with the Janoskians.

Clearly she had no idea who I am, otherwise she would have clicked when I told her about me, and also when I mentioned doing random shit with Luke, Beau, Skip and James. If she found out about my fame, it may change everything, not that we have much, but what could be to come. She wouldn't want to know me if she knew, would probably get the impression I'm a stuck up, self-centred asshole who would never have time for her.

"I mean, I love pleasing my family, trying to be a happy and supportive, you know." I laughed nervously. That was the worst cover up ever.

She looked a little confused but I guess she moved on.

I genuinely think Ellie and I are going to click. I just have to hope she feels the same.

"What about you?" I returned the question.

"I love to go to parties, read, chill, ice skate, and I love going to theme parks and the beach."

We carried on talking for about another hour, until she realised she had to leave.

"Oh shit, looks like time got to me, well it was really nice meeting you Jai, maybe we could hang out some time?" She smiled a promising smile.

"Sure, I would love to. Can I get your number?" I asked with a confident smile.

"Sure, maybe we can hang out some time this week?" She spoke, whilst typing her number into my phone.

"Sounds like a plan." I winked, causing her to giggle slightly.

We hugged and she walked off. I couldn't help but carry on smiling to myself.

Ellie's POV

I decided to call a taxi instead of disturbing Sienna.

Once I got through the door, I ran to the living room to where she was sitting watching a film.

Our living room was big, with a red, fluffy carpet, black leather sofas and a large TV hung on the wall.

"Si, I have something to tell you!" I scream, running over to the sofa, practically jumping on Sienna.

"Woah, calm down! What is it?" She laughed.

"Okay, well, at the pool party there was this guy checking me out, at first I thought nothing of it but then I couldn't help but keep staring as he was so hot!" I spoke quickly, getting over excited.

"Go on!" She squealed.

"Anyway, just a bit after you and the girls went, I was sat alone, until the guy who was checking me approached me and started talking to me! He was so much hotter up close may I just add."

"What's his name?!" She asked.

"Jai, he's really sweet, and even better, he asked for my number and we're meeting up later this week!"

"Oh my god El, this is great! Finally a decent guy in your life."

"Wouldn't go as far as that yet, we've only just met." I spoke quickly.

"Yeah whatever, you're making dinner by the way, I'm so hungry."

"Lazy bitch." I laughed, hitter her with a pillow.

"Let me change first."

Sienna nodded and I went upstairs to change. I changed into a pair of denim shorts and a crop top, and headed downstairs to make dinner.

After we'd both eaten, Sienna and I decided to watch a film. We ended up watching 3; Finding Nemo, Thor and Mean Girls. At 11:30pm, we both went up to bed. I'm exhausted from today and needed a good sleep.

I shower and got ready for bed. Before I'm about to fall asleep, I received a text from an unknown number.

Goodnight Ellie :) -Jai x

I smiled at the text.

Night Jai x

I typed back, then adding him to my contacts, switched off my phone and before I knew it, I fell straight to sleep with a smile on my face.
