Chapter 9 the joureny

They pulled up outside the airport on a Saturday morning stoick payed the taxi and they get their bags and walked through the front door "hiccup are you excited about today? Asked Astrid with her hand on his shoulder "yeah I'm excited he said they walked up to the luggage boarding they put tags on their big suitcases and the lady at the desk sent them down the ramp to be put on the plane " mr haddock like in the haddock industry's boss? the lady asked her voice filled with excited "yes said stoick "its a pleasure to meet you all she said "enjoy your flight "thank you said Heather

After going through security they found a cafe and bought breakfast since they didn't have any "mmm these chocolate muffins are so nice said Astrid "I'm not hungry said hiccup"hiccup we agreed that you would eat anything we put in front of you growled Heather  "sorry said hiccup quickly not wanting to argue with his sister
20 minutes later they were sitting next to their boarding since they had a private jet they get a boarding gate all to themselves they boarded the plane and hiccup gasped the inside looked like a mini mansion the windows were big and they had purple velvet curtains and the seats were the best black leather and you could turn it into a bed hiccup picked a random seat just in front of the wing their plane looked tiny compared to the other planes he felt someone sit next to him he turned around heather was sitting there and Astrid sat on heathers right so hiccup was sitting in the seat next to the window,hiccup got up to put his bag in the compartment above the seats he couldn't reach "here let me help said Astrid she got up and took her brothers bag and put it up in the compartment since she was a good head and a half taller then him she could reach with ease

15 minutes they were sitting in their seats the pilots voice came over the intercom "this is your pilot speaking we are about to take off so make sure you are in your seat with the seat belt on he said and with that the plane suddenly roared to life and sped down the runway and took off  30 minutes later the plane had leveled out they could move around the plane freely hiccup looked out the window and saw the sun was setting his dad had said that the flight would be all night long he took his sketch pad out and began to draw "what are you drawing? asked Astrid "a Dragon said hiccup "can we see your drawing?asked heather "sure he said they watched him draw after a few minutes astrid asked "can we look through your book and see what else you drew? "Fine sighed hiccup  he gave the book to them and looked out the window meanwhile his sisters were looking through the book "wow he is a really good drawer isn't he said heather "yes he is said astrid they turned the next page and saw a drawing of them their dad and hiccup they were all smiling heather gasped "this drawing is absolutely amazing she said "when was it drawn?asked astrid they looked at the date it read 19 of February 2015 "that's the day after mum died said heather they looked over at their brother who was looking out at the pitch black sky "hiccup your drawings are good you should keep doing them said astrid hiccup just nodded in reply
After eating dinner they put back the seats and stoick ,heather, astrid and hiccup  fell asleep. Heather woke up to sobbing she looked to her left and saw hiccup curled up in his blanket looking out the window with tears going down his cheeks "hiccup what's wrong she said her voice full of concern for her younger brother after all her and astrid weren't sure if he'd stopped selfharming "I had a dream that it was that sunday  evening when  dad was abusing me and when you guys stopped him instead of taking me upstairs and helping me like you did you guys asked if you could help him abuse me and then all of you turned around with belts in your hand and I woke up just as that first belt hit me and with that he collapsed  into tears heather reached over and picked him up and rested him against her lap  "you know we would never EVER hurt you Astrid and I,hiccup we love you heather said "I know hiccup "its just it felt soo real and he started crying again she rested his head against her chest " shuu its okay your safe your safe trust me she purred and with that hiccup fell asleep in his sisters arms soon heather fell asleep

The next morning heather  woke up astrid was shaking her "what's wrong is hiccup okay I just woke up and saw him asleep against? you she said heather told her of what happened during the night Astrid gasped "he knows we would never do that to him right? she said "yes he knows said heather they both turned their attention to their brother who still asleep in heather arms "hiccup wake up whispered astrid hiccups eyes fluttered open "thank you I couldn't ask for better sisters he said and with that he snuggled up closer to heather astrid picked him up and put him between them and put his head in the crook of her arm
An hour later hiccup finally woke up after eating their breakfast the pilot came   on the intercom "we shall be landing in about 5 minutes thank you he said
5minutes later they landed  after getting  their  suitcases they left for the house their dad had bought they arrived at the house an hour later it was impressive it had 2 bedrooms and a pool and the house was huge
