some curtains are too pretty to draw.
with frilly lace
and a smiling face;
neat stitches
and family pictures.
but a curtain isn't a room
but i like to forget that sometimes
and leave the curtains closed,
you know?
the truth hurts
and reality is worse
so
leave the curtains closed.
