001. OPEN YOUR PNG AND YOUR BACKGROUND. SMOOTHEN DOWN THE SKIN, AND HAIR OF YOUR PNG AND EDIT YOUR BACKGROUND AS PER YOU WISH.

002. ADD A NEW LAYER BETWEEN THE BACKGROUND AND PNG, CHANGE BLEND MODE TO ADD. DRAW AROUND THE PNG AND BLUR IT USING GUASSIAN BLUR IN THE FX FILTER FROM THE TOOLBOX.

003. ON ANOTHER LAYER REPEAT THE SAME WITH WHITE BUT THE STROKE SHOULD BE LESS THAN PURPLE. AND BLUR AGAIN.

004. ADD ANOTHER LAYER ON TOP OF THE PNG NOW, CLIP IT TO THE PNG AND WITH A BRUSH DRAW ON THE HIGHTLIGHT AREAS, THEN BLUR IT TOO.

005. SELECT DIE PEN HARD (SECOND ON THE LIST) ADJUST THE SIZE TO 1 OR SLIGHTLY MORE WITH THE SAME COLOR AS THE GLOW DRAW LINES ON HER HAIR THAT IS NOT COVERED WITH THE OVER GLOW
