The Great Dilemma of Daniel Terrier

Daniel stood there, bewildered to see his dead great grandfather and cousin, stand before him, in his bedroom, he looked at his clock and saw that it was one o' clock at night, he had to get to sleep, and put all this weird and bizarre stuff, he has just witnessed, he laid on his bed and tried to sleep, but for some reason, he just couldn't, so he got up, stretched and went down, he saw his father with a beer in hand, Daniel walked up to him, Victor noticed his son, stood up and walked over to the kitchen,

"Daniel."

"Dad."

"What are you doing up, so late at night?"

"Couldn't sleep."

"Worried about Quincy, aren't you?"

"Sort of, it's more than that, Dad."

"What you mean?"

"I think I'm losing my mind."

"What makes you so sure, you're going mad?"

"I keep seeing things, bizarre, unexplainable things."

"Like what?"

"I can't explain clearly, Dad."

"Hormones, son?"

"What?!"

"I get it."

"No, it's that, Dad, you know what, forget it, I'm heading up, anyway, good night."

Daniel then headed back up to his room and just stared out the window for awhile, until he fell asleep.

Daniel then went to Zach once again,

"Zach, may I speak to you for a moment?"

Zach looked at his friend and smiled,

"Well, I may have a few moments, what do you want, anyway, Terrier?"

Daniel then launched into his story, once he was finished, he waited for Zach's opinion, but Zach only laughed, and said,

"Have you completely gone mad, Terrier, or just plain idiotic?!"

"Just telling you what I witnessed, don't need to laugh at me."

"But still.", Zach replied.

That afternoon, Daniel visited his brother at the hospital, as he saw Quincy playing with his Gameboy, sitting on his bed, he looked up to see Daniel there, and he told Daniel to come a bit closer, Daniel did and as he did, Quincy gave him a piece of paper, Daniel looked at the paper, then back at his brother, Quincy only patted his arm and smiled, and as Daniel left, he looked at the piece of paper, again and he was perplexed at what he read: meet us at the old tire swing by your house

Daniel went to the tire swing and waited for this mysterious Emily to show up, he waited for hours and hours, until night came, and no one came, so as Daniel was about to head for his house, he heard whistling coming from somewhere off to the distance, he turned to the tree that held the tire swing, and he saw nothing, then a girl with blonde hair jumped down from the top of the tree, Daniel was stunned, he just  stood there, staring at the girl, then a boy appeared from behind the tree, and came to join the girl, the boy, too, had blonde hair, just like his sister, Emilia Robertson, Emily, short for Emilia, was send by her father's old mentor, to help young Master Daniel Terrier, find his destiny, she accompanied by her twin brother, Eric Robertson, as Daniel stared at the twins for awhile, the moon appeared, signaling night was about to begin.

"Who are you?", Daniel asked.

"We're the Robertson twins.", replied back Emily.

"Are you the one who asked me to meet you here?"

"Yes, my sister did.", replied Eric.

"Listen, Daniel Terrier, you must come with my brother and I."

"How do you know my name?"

"All of your questions will be answered, as soon as you come with us.", replied back Eric.

"My mother and father will be worried if I'm not home after dark and plus I don't go anywhere with strangers.", protested Daniel.

"But you must, Daniel Terrier, we'll explain on the way.", explained Emily.

Daniel looked from his house, then back to the twins and decided to go with them,

"Alright, I'll go with you.", Daniel finally said.

Emily and Eric smiled, turned to the old oak tree, opened a secret passage, by splitting up the branches, they then turned to Daniel and both said,

"Come, Daniel, your destiny awaits you."
