Muggle Parks and Incidents

Previously on Prongslet

They saw Fred and George planning the prank at home and stealing some dragon powder that his parents gave Bill to study with. They also saw George spreading the powder on pepper imps that Fred handed him. Then they saw Draco eating the pepper imp and blowing his fire breath everywhere and Fred and George yelling "WE WON". At the end of the memory, all of them had tears in their eyes and were laughing (even Draco and Lupin). Sirius said "Best pranks by 7-year-olds" and then gave George and Fred a high five

Next Friday

"Ok guys let's go if you want to have enough time to play in the park" called out Remus

Harry, Ron, Ginny came running in the house.

"It's so sad that George and Fred couldn't come since they have dragon pox," said Ginny

"It is unfortunate for them and for Sirius too, He got a job at the Ministry of Magic. They made him an Auror." Replied Lupin.

"ooh, cool. That's what I want to do when I'm older" said Harry

"Sure you will Harry. Now shall we go then?"

"Wait what about Draco?" Asked Ron

"He is visiting his aunt today with his parents" Lupin answered

"Moony what's so special about this wizarding park," asked Harry

"It's not a wizarding park"

"WHAT?" Asked Ron

"We are going to a muggle park. You still need to interact with muggles. I'm not going to let you become one of those snobs who hate anyone who is not pureblood"

"Fine," all of them said and then raced each other to Remus Toyota RAV4.

"Hurry up and get in kids," said Remus getting in the driver's seat.

All of the kids got in the back and then they went to the park 5km away from their house. When they reached the park they all jumped out of the car and since Harry knew about muggle parks from Dudley he told everyone what everything was. "...and that is the slide you climb up on top of it by the stairs and then you sit on top of it push a little and then you slide down." Harry went on top of the slide to show them how everyone how it works. Then he showed them how the swings work with Remus's help and then the see-saw, this time with Ginny's help. Then he went to the monkey bars and Lupin held him up while he climbed the bars.

"That's everything," he said when he was done. After that everyone ran off in different directions. Ron went to the slide, Ginny went to the swings and Harry went to the see-saw. He sat on one side while another girl wearing radish earrings and white-blond hair joined him.

"Hi, my names Luna, Luna Lovegood," she said

"Harry, Harry Potter" replied Harry who liked the girl's dreamy voice

"Harry Potter as in the Boy Who Lived?" She asked amazed

"Huh?" Harry was confused (Remus and Sirius didn't want him getting a big head)

"Are you a wizard?" she asked

Harry nodded "Are you a witch?"

"Yes, Yes I am. I will go to Hogwarts when I'm 11" she said

"Same!!. I already know some of the teachers there"

"Like who?"

"Well, I know Snape and I know Dumbly...Dumble... Albus"

"Oh, My dad knew Snape when he went to school. They were both also taught by Albus. He didn't like Snape"

"Really?" Harry asked offended "Snape is the one who..." Harry trailed off not wanting to say the last part. He hadn't even told Ron or Draco or anyone about this

Luna got the point and didn't ask him about it any further. Just then Lupin called Harry for some snacks.

"I'll see you," said Harry and ran off in Lupin's direction. Ron and Ginny were already there.

"Guess what," Harry said as he ate his sandwich

"What," Lupin asked since Ron was too busy with his sandwich and Ginny was just gobbling quickly so she could go back to the swings.

"I met a girl called Luna. She says she's a witch and her father didn't like Snape" Harry scowled a little at the last part

"Luna as in Luna Lovegood," asked Lupin shocked

Harry nodded and finished his sandwich. Ron and Ginny had already run off. So it was only Harry and Lupin

"I knew her father. He was ok. We studied together." Said Lupin then looked at Harry and said "You're done? Then go on"

Harry ran back to the see-saw but saw that Luna wasn't there. He shrugged and moved on to the slides. When he got there he heard some people say something. He couldn't hear properly but he got a bit closer and heard a couple of boys say "LOONY LOOPY LUNA" over and over again.

Harry got mad but before he could do anything another girl rushed over with bushy brown hair and said: "Stop it". The boys only laughed and continued their chant to a Luna who had started to cry a little. The girl got so mad and the next thing you know was that the boys were on top of the slides cover and everyone was sliding underneath them. They began to scream for help. Harry then finally reached Luna and hugged her. "It's ok. Your not Loony or Loopy" Harry said

Luna smiled a little at this and then turned over to the bushy haired girl.

"Thank you. I'm Luna Lovegood and this is Harry Potter" she said smiling

"Hermione Granger and no problem." Hermione said smiling but then her smile turned into a worried expression "How did those boys get on top of the slide?"

"Your a witch," Harry said grinning

"That's not very nice," Hermione said scowling a little

"No I mean I'm a wizard and you and Luna are witches," said Harry and when Hermione still looked confused he took her and Lunas hand and ran over to Lupin

"MOONY!!!" Harry shouted

Remus jumped a little and then when Harry came he smiled when he saw Harry with two girls

"What's wrong Harry?" He asked

"Hermione is a witch. She sent the boys who were bullying Luna on top of the slide. see they are still there" Harry said pointing at the boys who were still screaming

Remus' eyes were widened and he ran off to obliviate the boys and whoever saw them

A/N Dun Dun Dun. Here is another chapter is done and done. Now my weekends coming up and you know the drill. I'll post on Sunday. Anyways thank you for reading this and as always
