chapter 6:whats wrong?

After the trip ended they haven't spoken much Kate was going on about it in her head of what she did wrong ,Alfred didn't say that he was mad but something was off and she could feel it , she didn't remember what she did wrong soon enough Monday came and she was more excited then ever to see Alfred again 'maybe he wasn't feeling well, maybe it wasn't my fault' she tried convincing herself until she arrived at school.

As she stepped in she was greeted by sarah's happy smile

"Heya kateyy how are you??" Said Sarah happier than ever "uhh I'm okay I think what's with this happy mood?" Asked Kate curiously
"Weeeell since we talked I worked up the courage and today is finally the day!!"
Said Sarah confidently
"Oh my-- are you going to confess your love to Parker????" Asked Kate with her eyes widened

"Are you crazy???? I'm just going to talk to him!!! How could I even confess??"said Sarah as she looked strangely at Kate
"Yeah maybe I expected too much" said Kate as she started laughing a bit

"Anyway what about you and mister Alfred?" asked Sarah winking
"Uhh I haven't talked to him yet,he seems kinda mad I may have done something weird as I don't remember our last day from the trip almost at all" Kate looks down
"Don't worry I think you should talk to him Then!!" Tries Sarah to encourage Kate

"Maybe you're right" says Kate as she starts walking away but she turns around for a second "good luck with Parker!" Says Kate smiling as Sarah makes an embarrassed face

She looked around to find Alfred and she finally found him sitting by a tree writing she ran up to him "ahh hi" said Kate stuttering
"Hi.." Said Alfred looking down at the ground
"Umm I are you maybe ah mad at me?" Tried Kate to speak but she got too nervous
"No don't worry" Alfred still didn't look at her
"I mean I can't remember what I did in the last day and I'm really sorry if I did something weird!!"
Tried kate to mumble out the words ,for a moment Alfred looked up and shortly showed a sad expression "it's nothing I just misunderstood something that wasn't possible in the first place..but anyway you should go now class probably started" said Alfred as he stood up and slowly left Kate looking at him sadly 'just what did I do wrong' thought Kate to herself

Meanwhile Sarah was trying to work up the courage to talk to parker ,"come on you can do this" Said Sarah to herself as she slowly walked to parker who sitting on a bench ,she sat on the other side of the bench blushing and looking the other way 'what should I do now?? I'm so close to him!! Agh I'm such a creep I should say something come on think about something can't be that hard'

She looked over to parker who was drawing a tree "uhahm that's a nice drawing!" Said Sarah with her face red
"Oh uh thanks" said Parker looking at her "um are you alright your face looks a little red" continues Parker with a bit of concern "oh I'm I'm fine!" Said Sarah sweating a bit "if you say so" said parker raising an eyebrow "yep!!" Says Sarah trying to look confident "do you need anything from me?" Asks parker looking at Sarah "uh no I was just  ahm saying" says Sarah still a bit red ," I'm just asking because not many people talk to me well that's unless they need something so I don't know sorry for asking" says parker as he looks back at his drawings "don't worry I don't have many friends either ,if you want to maybe we could be friends" says Sarah smiling at him "sure why not" says Parker smiling back at her,

their eyes locked for a second they both blushed a bit but quickly looked away "then uh I'll see you later" stuttered Sarah
"Okay bye" said parker as Sarah left happily 'yayyy I did it I did it I really did it'
