That's all you felt when you and the girls where at Pop's telling you that their boyfriend asked them to prom already

"We were sitting on the bleachers and he popped out of no where with these big bouquet of roses and chocolate" Veronica said with if possible hearts in her eyes
"How sweet " Betty gushed
"What about you Y/N, has Jughead asked you yet?"
Oh gosh here we go
"No not yet but soon." I said with a sad smile
" are you kidding he still hasn't asked you, I need to have a talk with him, like what's taking him so long" Betty being betty trying to help but I don't wanna look desperate
" no no no, don't worry about it I'm sure he will" I try to say with hope but failing hardly "hey I'm know he will" Veronica expresses with hope

Next Day
"Hey guys!" I wave as I sit down next to Jughead
They wanted to meet before lunch to talk about something but honestly i don't know
"So.. We need you to try and talk to Cheryl before lunch" explained Archie while Jughead stayed weirdly quite
"Ok for what?" I asked not trying to be on her bad side today
As I grab Jughead hand he somewhat jumps at my touch "are you ok"I whisper to him
"Yeah I'm fine" he says unsure about it
"So can you talk to her" Archie says
"Yeah sure" not even hearing why he needs me to talk to her

Later
" Hey Cheryl, the gang said you need to talk? "
" oh yeah just need your opinion on one of my dances" Cheryl asking me for my opinion what is wrong with everyone today first juggie and the gang now her

*At the lunch table *
Jughead pov
"You got this man just ask her" Archie says trying to relax me a little
"Yeah what do you got to lose?" Reggie says as he walks towards us "but.. What i-" I trying to talk but get cut off by betty " oh hush ok, she waiting for you to ask her "
"She not wrong , she really wants you to ask her" veronica says

That's when she walks in the love of my life
Y/N pov
The first thing i see is beautiful flowers and a poster
"What's all this" knowing it's not for me
That's were i was wrong, Jughead slow walks up to me with the flowers as Reggie and Archie hold the poster
"Y/N would you do me the honor of being my date to prom?"
He asked nervously While I told shocked
"O-of course i would love to" i said as kissed him
And it might sound a little stupid but right in that moment remembered why I feel in love with him
