This smoothie is really good for quick breakfasts and has heaps of energy to keep you full. Also all the ingredients are really healthy and full of vitamins, and all of the ingredients are super foods, making them extra healthy :)Ingredients:
- 250mL almond milk (alternatively you can use normal milk)
- 1 banana or a handful of frozen berries
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend for about a minute or until smooth.
3. Serve in a glass and enjoy. :)
