Chapter 9

FRANK POV

When Darcy and I came home from Maldives, Darcy invited me to visit Joyce and my kid's funeral.

I was very sad when I remembered them. I failed to become a good head of the household.

"You don't get sad. We'd better pray for them so that they are happy"

" You are right"

After the funeral, Darcy and I rested at my apartment.

"You look very tired"

"I want us to rest"

Suddenly Darcy ran towards the sink and she vomited until I massaged her neck to calm her down.

"We better go to the doctor to check your condition"

Finally I brought Darcy to the doctor and I was very surprised to find Darcy pregnant.

"Congratulations to you. Your wife is pregnant. Her womb is two weeks old"

Darcy looked very surprised to hear she was pregnant and she held my hand tightly. I tried to calm her down and she could accept it

After the doctor, I took her to the apartment to rest.

"You better take a rest. I don't want you to be sick."

"I didn't expect if I was pregnant."

"You better not mind a lot"

" Thank you for your concern"

I'm glad she obeyed my orders. I didn't expect if I would have a child from the woman I loved.

DARCY POV

Tonight Frank invited me to dinner at the restaurant. He bought me a very beautiful dress

"You're very beautiful wearing that dress"

" Thank you, dear"

"Actually there is something I want to say to you"

"What do you want to say?"

"I want you to be my wife. Are you willing to marry me?"

I was very surprised to hear a proposal from Frank. He took out a small box from his coat pocket and he took out a diamond ring from the box.

Then he put the ring on my finger and I was very happy

" I do"

Frank looks very happy and he kisses me intently.

"I want us to get married so that our children have complete parents"

"Yes dear, I agree"

Tonight is the happiest night for us.

FRANK POV

I am very happy because today I am married to Darcy. She looks very beautiful with the wedding dress she wears.

"You're very beautiful, baby"

"You are also very handsome"

"I'm happy because we are destined to unite"

"Yes dear, I'm lucky to have you as my husband"

Everyone congratulates us and prays for us to always be happy.

"Congratulations to you. Have a happy life and soon have children"

" Thank you for the prayer"

After the wedding was over, I invited Darcy to rest.

"We'd better take a rest. I don't want you to be exhausted"

"Thank you for your attention. I'm grateful to have a caring husband like you"

Tonight we spend time together as husband and wife

A few months later

I'm grateful Darcy gave birth safely. We have a very beautiful daughter named
Julie Mullins.

"I am very grateful we have a very beautiful daughter"

" I love, too."

"Her eyes are very like you"

I'm grateful to have Darcy and Julie in my life. They are the source of my happiness.

8 years later

Julie grew up to be an adorable little girl. She always makes us happy.

"I want to play with daddy!"

I invited Julie to play in the park with Darcy. Julie looks very happy and happy. I hope happiness is always with our family forever.
