i shifted my sunken eyes away from the glaring screen. a glossy layer of liquid forming in her eyes , with redness taking over her dark brown orbs. blinking , the first tear broke free , with the others following down my cheeks.
that empty feeling.
that feeling of loneliness. that feeling of not having hope in anything. it just seemed like everything piled up crashed onto me. and what can i do about it...i was the one that left first
yet it felt like i was the one that is hurting more :") missing and missing him , if only there was a stronger word to describe how i'm feeling now.

it wasn't the first time i smelt smoke on him. i remember clearly that scent. countless times of me thinking that i was really thinking too much. i trusted him and i loved him so much i kept thinking i was wrong until i saw that glowing white bud in his hands.
